New Golden Milk Lattes

Hey Everyone!

As many of you know, Turmeric has a huge handful of benefits, and of course the major one that stands out is being Anti-Inflammatory.

Angela is always trying to find ways of getting Turmeric into her system. She came across an old India Aryvedic type of drink called Turmeric Golden Milk. It just so happens that through our India Medicinal Herb Contacts, we found a high quality Non-GMO USDA Certified Organic Turmeric Latte Golden Milk Infusion. In fact, we have them in four different tasty flavors.

Before we get into the details on these Yummy Latte’s and how these formulas aid in providing optimal absorption of the turmeric, let’s discuss why it’s always good to find ways to get Turmeric into our systems.

Curcumin is probably one of the most potent anti-inflammatory remedies found in nature. It tends to inhibit two powerful enzymes involved with inflammation. It will help decrease pain and inflammation, similar to what aspirin and ibuprofen will do, and the mechanism is very similar to what aspirin and ibuprofen will do.

Curcumin actually protects the beta cells. Those are the cells in the pancreas that regulate insulin. In fact, there is even a study that shows curcumin can regrow the beta cells of the pancreas, which is pretty nuts. It also helps prevent going from a pre-diabetic condition to actual diabetes. This is due to it improving insulin resistance, because it targets the cells of the pancreas (Beta cells).

It’s even known to improve or help with our weight, the skin, cognitive function, our mood, Arthritis (both Osteo and Rheumatoid), muscle soreness, exercise recovery, exercise induced inflammation, anxiety (mood), metabolism syndrome, degenerative eye conditions, and has very powerful antioxidant properties.

The issue is that the Curcumin from Turmeric is generally poorly absorbed, and that is the beauty of these new tasty Turmeric Latte’s that we are offering to you today.

Curcumin is generally poorly absorbed, because it’s fat soluble. Unless you are taking it in a certain way, you are probably not going to absorb as much as you think.

There are three things that can help you increase the absorption.

The first one is to add another phytonutrient from black pepper called piperine. You want to consume that at the same time, which will increase the absorption by 2000%. Of course, these certified organic latte’s already have this ingredient within them.

The next thing that you can do to increase absorption is to consume it with some fat since it is fat soluble. This traditional drink is generally warmed up in milk, in a pan or a pot, and people sometimes use an electric egg beater to make it all frothy. However, I know that most of you are not milk drinkers. Instead, you can use coconut milk, or boil it in hot water with a tablespoon of coconut oil. Some people even use coconut cream from a can. Others add it to their eggs, fish, or just keep putting pinches on their Avocado. Any foods with fat will work, and these tasty latte’s will enhance the taste profile up on pretty much anything.

The last thing that you can do to make the curcumin from turmeric more absorbable is to heat it just slightly. That’s why I suggested many of the cooking ideas above. There are Turmeric studies that show that many of the phytonutrients are actually enhanced, even when heated at almost 400 degrees F for long periods of time. This is why many prepare it in a hot tea, or maybe in a curry. The heat can actually activate more of these vital nutrients. I personally think it’s best to just slightly heat it to get maximum nutrition and absorption, as done in the traditional turmeric golden milk latte recipes.

Oh yeah, once you are done making your Golden Milk Latte, you don’t want to forget to add a spoonful of frothed coconut milk or frothed milk on top of it like in the traditional drink, making a beautiful cloud of yumminess on top.

These Organic Turmeric Latte’s, already have the Black Pepper inside of it. It comes in four different different flavors including Original, Ginger, Cinnamon, and Vanilla. Normally $24.95, we have them 'At-Cost' today for only $14.95 each.
