The Power of These Juice Powders
Published: Fri, 07/07/23
Ever since I announced the new Juice Powders, I’ve had just a few people write in wanting to purchase our new Juice Powders, but they were concerned with the clumping that they had experienced with some of their previous juice powders.
Again, this mainly happened to people in more humid environments after opening their bags and not storing them well. The majority of the issues happened with the clumping of the Grapefruit Juice Powder. The Grapefruit Juice Powder clumped more easily than the others because of the natural sugars present. I had mentioned that in the original newsletter. Then in my Newsletter from yesterday, I shared some of the changes that we made in order to help avoid this clumping with the current Grapefruit Juice Powder that we have available right now.
The juices truly have to be taken really good care after you open the bags, especially when you are in a more humid environment. These Juice Powders are literally the most powerful food that I know of, which is available to Mankind. This makes them extremely delicate. You can’t have something this powerful, and not have it delicate like this at the same time. We could put all sorts of fillers, heat, and process the Juice Powders more, and you would have very little issues with clumping even after opening bags in a humid environment and not storing them well. However, due to them being living juices, they are very active, and once moisture gets to them, they will start to activate, digest themselves, and clump.
I did an accidental experiment where I put a few spoonfuls of powders on a piece of paper as I wanted to take a picture of them side by side to show people. I literally came back two hours later, and they became as hard as a rock stuck to the piece of paper. It was only two hours!
I called the company and I had a long conversation with one of the main people involved in the growing, cold-pressed juicing, and bioactive dehydration process of these potent and powerful Juice Powders. I must have been on the phone with him for 1-2 hours. I had so many questions for him. Be prepared to be mind blown here in just a moment. When you see the images further below of me comparing the microscopic liquid juice droplets just before they are turned into powder, compared to the microscopic juice powder molecules right after they are turned into the powder form, you will at that moment finally realize why they are very delicate, yet so powerful and potent, and really need to be taken care of well.
As many of you know, I am an expert on juicers. I know that they said that their juices were cold-pressed, but I wanted to make sure and see the actual juicer that they use for myself. “Cold-Pressed” juices doesn’t mean much to me, until I see how it’s cold-pressed juiced. For example, when I toured around the USA doing talks, I would continually go into cold-pressed juice bars. Sometimes the workers knew who I was, and I somehow always ended up in the back examining their “cold-press” juicers lol.
Cold-pressed juices are supposedly the most elite of all juices. However, it’s become a major falsehood. It started with the Norwalk Juicer by Dr. Norman Walker. His juice machine was the best ever made and is a two step process. The first step triturates the vegetable down into a pulp. It’s done in a very special way to where the vegetables don’t get oxidized and it opens every single cell within those vegetables unlocking all of the nutrition. Then in the second step, you take that pulp in a mesh cloth bag, and press the juices out.
The most important part of Norman Walkers Juicer, was not the press part, but how the vegetables are broken down in the first step with no oxidation before it is cold-pressed. You can literally skip the pressing part and squeeze the mesh cloths with your hands like you would with a nut milk bag squeezing the juice out into a jar if you wanted to. The pressing of the juice has nothing to do with the quality of the juice.
However, many of these cold-pressed juice bars, stole his “cold-pressed” juicer term. Yes, their second step does “cold-press” the juice out, but the first step of breaking down the vegetables is like any regular commercial centrifugal juicer, which obliterates the vegetables and oxidizes them. It is nothing special even when compared to any $90 centrifugal juicer that you can buy to use at home on the countertop. People are spending over $10 per juice in these “cold-pressed” juice bars. You will get benefit, but it’s not an elite juice. The juice totally gets oxidized before they press it. The press part is useless if you don’t breakdown the vegetables in an ideal way in the first step like the Norwalk Juicer. You are much better off using a Green Star 2-gear juicer or a single auger juicer at home where you truly cold press out the juice without oxidation. In fact, even a standard $90 centrifugal ejection juicer would be better than buying a “Cold-Pressed” juice at a Juice Bar that uses this centrifugal process in the first step. Their combinations suck and they are totally watered down with fruit. Lastly, they’ve been sitting there on the shelves for hours sometimes.
Anyway, so the guy started showing me on video their juicer. As you can see in these couple of screenshots that I took below, they use a huge commercial single auger juicer. Look at this bad boy.
I was blown away watching this thing in action pressing gallons of grass juices. It was absolutely amazing. This is truly cold-pressed. There is no centrifugal blade heating and oxidizing the juice. The single auger simply turns around and presses the juice out of the vegetation. This thing is like a huge wheatgrass single-auger juicer, and I have never seen a single auger juice that big in my entire life lol.
So then I started to ask him about the BioActive Dehydration process of drying the juice into a juice powder. This is the most critical point in getting it into a vibrant living dried product. I’m telling you right now that there is no other better technology out there than this in order to make a juice powder.
As I told you they are making me a carrot juice powder, which I feel will be the best whole food multi-vitamin on the planet. For example, our current carrot juice powder, you get over 100% of the vitamin A you need in a day in a 1 teaspoon serving. However, this new Carrot Juice Powder, that is now coming in September, will provide a whopping 7100mcg Vitamin A in 1 Teaspoon! That give you 800% of the Vitamin A that you need in a day. The huge crazy boost in nutrition is simply from using their BioActive Dehydration process in order to make these juice powders versus another inferior process. There is no other drying process in existence that even comes close to this one in terms of retaining its nutrition. They are all inferior. Furthermore, it’s going to have all of its magical nutritional components in tact like the flavonoids, polyphenols, antioxidants and things like that.
This BioActive Dehydration process is a proprietary technology, and that’s their biggest secret in making the best juice powders in the world. Therefore, they keep this process a secret. However, you know me, I did a pretty darn good job of getting as much information out of them as I could.
Immediately after pressing the juice from the vibrant produce, it enters their BioActive Dehydration Chamber. In this BioActive Dehydration Chamber, the juice is somehow suspended in mid-air, literally turning all of the liquid juice into microscopic droplets. I asked them how the heck do they keep it suspended in mid-air and divide it like this, and that’s when he said that’s the proprietary process lol. However, within a two minute period, with a max temperature of 106 degrees, as they BioActive dehydrate it, each of those microscopic droplets, or liquid bubbles if you will, deposits it’s nutrients and creates an egg-shell-like layer around it in order to protect itself. This surface tension drops the dried powder from mid-air and is then collected from the chamber.
The only thing that I think of, is they are using some sort of sound frequency vibration to suspend the liquid juice in mid-air turning it into liquid droplets. I don’t know.
This man showed me a video of these droplets under a microscope before and after they are turned into a powder where you can actually see this egg-shell-like protective layer, and I will share these crazy ridiculous images just further below in a moment, as I’m not done here.
So, my newsletter base here contains, I guess you can say are the elite of all people in nutrition lol. One woman writes in stating that her husband says that those juice powders probably don’t have the bio-photons in tact still. Her husband listens to some guy who is into biophotons. That’s the first time I have ever heard of biophotons in this sense, but I told her if any product is going to have it, it is these. She agreed.
So, I mentioned these biophotons to this man on the phone, and he starts to explaining to me how no other vegetable juice or vegetable powder on the market comes close into retaining all of the various valuable vital elements in the vegetables like theirs do.
He goes on to explain that, yes, it is more than just vitamins and minerals that you want to retain within your product. Their processing is very gentle and it keeps all of the volatile nutrients in tact. When those microscopic droplets of liquid turn into powder, they are retaining the volatile oils, and they don’t denature the flavonoids, proteins, antioxidants, or enzymes.
They have all of these comparative lab data charts where they lab tested their juice powders compared to other vegetable powders.
He went on to say that these lab data charts show that there are many key volatile constituents that are not retained and are nonexistent in other vegetable powders, while their vegetable juice powders are extremely high in these valuable constituents. He went on to talk about the importance of the flavonoids that are non existence in other powders. I was typing as fast as I could, but I couldn’t get all of these long complicated Flavonoid names down lol. However, just a bit further below is a chart from this comparative lab data with some of these flavonoids and other nutritional components.
He pointed me to the National Institute of Health for clinical studies where it shows that these flavonoids have very important effects on our health, liver, metabolic health, and our digestive health. These flavonoids keep our liver strong, functioning, and strong, helping to detox, and metabolize fat.
As you can see, if any dried food product is going to retain these “Bio-Photons”, it’s these juice powders, and you can see it within these microscopic photos of the juice droplets before and after they turn into a powder just a bit further below.
It’s not just the flavonoids. He goes on to say that the chlorophyll resides in a little patch called the chloroplast. If the entire processing is not extremely gentle like theirs, the chlorophyll will coagulate at 107 degrees like cottage cheese, and the chlorophyll starts dropping out of the solution and leaving the liquid. At 110 degrees, only 3 more degrees, the coagulation is instantaneous, the chlorophyll drops out of the solution and you have this yellow liquid. He also showed me videos of this chlorophyll coagulation process. I hope all of your chlorophyll products are not heated above 110 degrees.
Ok, here below is that chart that I just mentioned above showing some of these long-word flavonoids, along with even comparing chlorophyll for their Barley Grass Juice powder to another Barley Grass Whole Powder. You may want to zoom in if you can't read it fully. As you can see, it's a huge difference:
If you aren’t already mind-blown right now, let’s finally reveal these microscopic images below of the juice, and the juice powder, all through the BioActive Dehydration process!
The image to the top left shows the juice turning into these liquid juice droplets during the BioActive Dehydration process. The picture to the top right are these liquid droplets under a microscope when they are suspended in mid-air during the BioActive Dehydration Process just before it’s turned into the powder. Lastly, the final bottom image is our actual juice powder “droplets” right after they turn into the powder form from the liquid form under a microscope. Even in the powder form, under a microscope, they’re intact, whole, alive, and continue to even look wet, as if they are liquid droplets! You can see this egg-like shell around it, which I mentioned earlier.
The microscopic image of the juice powder “droplets”, almost look exactly the same as the microscopic wet liquid droplets of juice! This is absolutely profound and I don’t think you will find any other juice powder that will contain this protective egg-like shell around it in order to protect the juice molecules.
You can now see why these Juice Powders are so delicate, yet so potent and very powerful at the same time. It’s literally like eating liquid juice. You have to take really good care of them. Again, you can’t have something this powerful, and not have it be delicate like this at the same time.
One of the reasons why I wanted to get the pricing down on the Juice Powders to the ‘At-Cost’ pricing on an ongoing basis, was so people who have clumping issues in a humid environment wouldn’t feel the need to buy a lot at one time. You can now just buy them as you need them.
I highly recommend consuming this nutrition on an ongoing basis. They have helped me and so many other people in ways you can’t imagine. I’ll show you a new testimonial that just came in today in just a moment. I would not let a little clumping stop you. Make sure to take the best care of them that you possibly can. Experiment with storing them in mason jars or whatever you need to do in order to protect them. Maybe open only one to two bags at a time before you open others. Once you open a bag, finish it within a month or so. Maybe purchase just a few bags at one time. You can figure this out.
They did tell me that you could store in the freezer and the refrigerator to prolong its life. However, they said in a dark cool environment on the counter is also fine. If you do put it in a freezer or refrigerator, I would protect them somehow with something additional to avoid moisture. It makes me nervous the idea of putting it in the moist freezer or refrigerator, but I am just passing on their information.
When I saw this last microscopic picture of the juice powder, I was absolutely blown away. I told him about this accidental experiment that happened when I put the juice powders on a piece of paper for just for a couple of hours.
He told me that when all the salts and sugars within these dried juice powder droplets are exposed, they like to bind to the moisture in the air. The enzymes are getting moisture and activating. It starts to digest itself and becomes hard and sticky. However, it’s stable as a powder within the bag.
This is how fresh it is, and why it tastes so alive and dissolves as soon as it touches your tongue when you put these juice powders straight into your mouth.
You’ve got to be careful when putting your hands with the spoon into the bag or jar. You don’t want your fingers to be moist when dipping the spoon into the bag.
I’ve never really trusted the idea of taking a natural whole food multi-vitamin supplement that are made from vegetable powders, as I knew that they were not of the quality like this. Their lab tests show that many of the other dried powders out there don’t retain all of the valuable constituents of the vegetables, such as the flavonoids. I just always felt that natural multi-vitamins from like MegaFood or Garden of Life wouldn’t work properly for a guy like me with so many health issues. However, I think a lot of “natural” companies also add synthetic vitamins to their natural vegetable powders in their formula. I just felt like these natural food multi-vitamins were void of something, and this information kind of affirms my intuition in regards to this.
However, with these juice powders, I am confident in getting the vitamins that I need along with all of the other vital nutrients from within that food. When this new carrot juice powder comes in September, there will be no other Natural whole food Multi-Vitamin that comes even close to it. As I stated in my newsletter, Alfalfa is second to carrots in Vitamins, and is loaded with more minerals and chlorophyll compared to all other vegetation. I am glad that I am taking the Alfalfa in the meantime. Once we finally have this new Carrot Juice Powder within our hands, I will feel confident that we will be able to use it as a Multi-Vitamin, especially when taking it multiple times a day in combination with the Alfalfa Juice Powder. However, I wouldn’t stop the other things that you are currently taking though based on what I feel strongly about here. I think it would just be a great add-on to whatever else you are taking, so you can also actually get the vitamins and minerals that are truly in the natural whole food form at the same time. That’s going to be what I’m doing until my blood tests are fully in line.
All of the juice powders that we are offering come from this company that uses this BioActive Dehydration process, except for the carrot juice, because they only have it available with Maltodextrn at this time. They are literally making me a special run of pure carrot juice powder in just a couple of months! It was set for August, but it got delayed until September.
One other question that I would like to address that I get all of the time is about the dosage information.
Some people want to simply know how much to take, while others want to know exactly how much powder do you need to exactly make an 8oz juice.
This is an extremely loaded question, and it’s not so cut and dry to easily be answered. I decided to ask him on he phone for help with this question, because I get asked it all of the time. He sighed and said it was a loaded question with a lot of context.
For example, when you go to the health food store or Jamba Juice and you order wheatgrass, the wheatgrass is grown on a tray, and usually has about 1/5 the nutrition compared to their wheatgrass grown on their mineral rich field. The best wheatgrass that they have ever seen grown besides their own, was wheatgrass juice that was grown hydroponically. This hydroponically grown wheatgrass juice only contained 1/3 of the nutrition that theirs had from their farm. If you simply take how much liquid it takes to make powder, it’s 22 to 1. So, it takes 22 pounds of grass juice to make 1 pound of powder, or 1/4 teaspoon of wheatgrass powder equals 22 1/4 teaspoons of wheatgrass juice. However, you have to take into account the nutritional differences between the two.
He was explaining to me that there is something called a Brix Refractometer that measures all of the soluble solid nutritional compounds within the juice. These compounds include all of the vitamins, minerals and other nutritional components. It helps farmers determine the produce quality and nutritional quality. It’s also used in the measurement of juice concentrates. The typical Brix measurement from tray grass juice is usually 2 Brix, maybe 4 Brix on the really good hydroponic stuff. When they harvest their grass from their field, the Brix is anywhere from 12-20 Brix. There juices are that much more nutrient rich.
Now for things like the Beet Juice powder, the future Carrot Juice Powder, and all of the Citrus Juice Powders, it’s more like 10 to 1 from juice to powder instead of 22 to 1. However, for all of their produce, the Brix is always on the much higher side, so this also needs to be taken into account.
So when I talked to the company about what dosages to give people, he said it’s different for everybody. For example, an athlete who is very active could take 4x’s the amount as someone else. Everyone is completely different and individual. Some people have a problem drinking a shot of Wheatgrass Juice, while others can handle it no problem. I had all of the dosages of all of the original grass juices powders at 1 1/2 teaspoons per serving. However, one person wrote in who said it was too much for them so I told them to start at 1/4 teaspoon and build up.Taking 1/4 teaspoon would still be like taking 22 1/4 teaspoons of straight wheatgrass juice. If you compare the nutritional aspects of that juice, which is 3 - 5 times more nutrient dense with a higher Brix reading, we are talking like 60-100 1/4 teaspoons of wheatgrass juice.
As you can see that asking the dosage is a loaded question, not so cut and dry, and everyone is different. I made the dosage of the new grasses at only 1/2 teaspoon compared to 1 1/2, because one woman said it was way too much for her. You have to figure out the dose for yourself. My recommendation is to start at 1/4 teaspoon to see what you can handle, and then build up from there. In the end 1/2 teaspoon is a great dosage, and a teaspoon can be a great dosage too. Me personally, I’ll take a teaspoon of the alfalfa, 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of the grasses, and 3/4 teaspoon of the beet juice in a serving. The Grapefruit Juice I take a tablespoon daily without even blinking. I love the citrus going down my throat along with the decalcification that takes place from the salicylic acid that the Grapefruit Juice Powder contains. I’m also starting with about 1-2 teaspoons of the Tart Cherry Juice powder within my Orange/Grapefruit Juice drink. I ran out of the lemon, orange, and a bunch of other juices, and I need to get more.
Anyhow, for me in this humid FL weather, only the previous Grapefruit Juice Powder clumped for me. I personally can't live without the Grapefruit Juice powder, and even though mine clumped, I have no problem blending it in a bit of my orange/grapefruit juice on low, and putting it back in with the rest of my orange/grapefruit drink when it's done. I seriously can't live without it. That feeling of the dense citrus going down my throat is what I can't live without. I am looking forward to getting to this next batch of Grapefruit Juice as I truly think the clumping will be gone or much less.
To sum it all up, these Juice Powders are literally the most powerful food that I know of that is available to Mankind. You can’t have something this powerful, and not have it be delicate like this at the same time. If you want to sacrifice the quality in order to make them less delicate, it can be done.
However, after I looked at those microscopic images of the wet looking individual juice powders above, I simply just want as many of those living juice molecules as I can possibly get in order to help nourish me, regenerate me, and help me become younger.
Anyway, I hope this helped to answer many of your questions and concerns.
