Health Update & 5 Days left

Published: Wed, 07/26/23

One day last week, I just started to get out of breath from barely doing any walking around the house.

I knew where I was headed at this point, so I just went to the ER. However, we decided to drive 1.5 hours to the Jacksonville Mayo Clinic ER.

It was my hopes that I could start getting the next procedures done for my colon since I would be there anyhow. It was a mistake, because they weren’t able to do anything beyond helping fix my current situation.

Anyway, my sodium levels were low again, and I had the flu. The low sodium is why I was getting out of breath.

I’ve mentioned in previous health updates that my sodium levels go too low from drinking too much water and not eating enough when feeling sick from things like weaning off of Prednisone or being given an antibiotic that I am allergic to. I’ve learned to drink Coconut Water instead of water in order to help avoid this.

However, this last week, I was drinking endless amounts of coconut water to the point where it still even diluted my sodium levels. When I was sick, I just ended up so dehydrated it was scary, and I felt this need to drink a lot. I’m now realizing that I could have probably drank less in order to avoid this.

The reason why it was really scary for me was due to what I shared with you in that last video health update. If you remember, I was trying to make it to the refrigerator without passing out in order to get coconut water (liquid). This experience is why I kept drinking so much. Every time I felt dehydrated, I just didn't want that experience that again so I kept drinking a lot. However, in the end, I did overdo it, and I did drink too much.

In the ER, they did try to give me an X-Ray but I turned it down. They took to heart my request to not give me steroids and they didn’t. I spent about 3 days and 2 nights in the hospital as they slowly raised my sodium levels back up to 130.

Since I went to the ER early, and because I was doing things somewhat different while taking sodium tablets and drinking coconut water instead of water, my Sodium didn’t drop as far as it has in the past. One time it went down to 101. 1 more point, I would have been dead as life doesn’t exist at the 100 point mark. This time it just went down to somewhere in the mid 120’s.

What’s interesting is that they didn’t give me as much sodium IV Fluid as they normally do in the other hospitals. They did a few IV bags at most and then they started giving me salt tablets. Furthermore, they just restricted my liquid intake. On the second day my Sodium went to 128. However, that evening it went down to 125.

I was sad, because I thought I was going to be stuck in the hospital for an extra day. When it went back down to 125 that evening, they didn’t even give me salt tablets. I was kind of pissed as I thought I’d be stuck there an extra day.

However, Ironically, the next morning my sodium magically jumped back up to over 130. I was super surprised. The doctor was testing to see if I was absorbing properly, and when it went back up he said that sometimes when you just restrict fluid intake, your body will just work the sodium out on its own.

I learned a lot from this experience, and if I get into this situation again, I hope that I will have even a better understanding of how to keep my sodium levels up, and how to keep myself out of the ER.

They also gave me a medication in the hospital that helps to lessen the amount of days you have the flu. It seems to be working.

Anyway, they fixed me my sodium levels up and I’m home now. I was so exhausted when I got back home. The next morning I forced myself to walk around the block and it was very difficult. However, the day after that, I did that walk like a champ. It was about half of what I normally walk, but I need to rebuild up a bit before I start doing more once again. I’ll be back to where I was in no time.

One of the worst parts of all this is that my appetite disappeared. I’ve been force feeding myself and it is very uncomfortable and sucks big time. My appetite isn’t back yet, but each day it gets a little bit better. It truly isn’t fun to eat when you have no desire to. It’s good to fast for most people, but for my personal situation, I need to make sure that I am eating protein and nutrition daily as much as I can.

The good news is I’m feeling better every single day and my appetite is slowly increasing. Additionally I stayed off of all steroids 100%. I believe that soon I will be back to where I was before this Antibiotic fiasco happened. Soon I’ll be able to get all of those stupid blood tests done to where I can start to take the next steps into fixing this fistula and getting that bone infusion.

Fixing this fistula is going to be the most scary thing, as it’s going to require some sort of internal intervention, whether that is surgical or going down through the esophagus. Furthermore, I don’t even know if this will be the answer to all of my health issues. Can I come off the Humira, or am I stuck on these meds forever? However, these meds only work for so long. Then I need surgery again to get a bag?

Maybe fixing this fistula is the answer to all my issues and I can come off of the Humira. I do know that the previous GI Doctor was saying that since the Humira is not working, that they should be me on another drug similar to it. Yet the GI Doctor before that thought I could come off of the Humira completely.

So much is up in the air. It’s a bit of a scary journey for me, but I’ll keep you updated as we go. A couple of more days have gone by since I wrote this update, and I am doing much better. I know some of you are going to love this. I got so sick and bored of fish, that I ate some meat lol. It felt pretty darn good. Anyway, that brought my appetite back. I got a little down there for a minute, but I'm getting excited and optimistic again lol. I'll keep you updated as we go. I'll be getting those blood tests done soon.

Anyway, there are only 5 days left to get in on July’s incredible ‘At-Cost’ Specials.

We’ve still got plenty of our Methylene Blue at the Blowout Pricing. It's quite fascinating what Methylene Blue does in the human body. Methylene Blue acts as an artificial electron recycler. Let’s envision that you have a battery, and batteries are filled with these electrons that are stored. You need these electrons in order to generate energy. You also have electrons going on in your body as well within the mitochondria. In fact, your body converts food into electrons stored in the ATP molecule for energy. In our mitochondria’s, we have a lot of electron transfer exchange going on. Methylene Blue, apparently has the ability to remove or add electrons depending on what part of the body needs them or it doesn’t need them. So, it seems to help this shuffling around of electrons, which medically has this term called redox cycling. This is one of the reasons why Methylene Blue can give someone with fatigue more energy and all of the other benefits it provides.

On top of the Methylene Blue, we've got all of our Original and New Juice Powders available, which have got to be some of the most powerful foods in the world. In fact, when you take one of these juice powders, shake it in water, and put it next to a fresh-squeezed juice, they are virtually indistinguishable whether you're looking at organoleptic qualities such as the color, flavor, aroma, or the nutritional qualities. There is virtually no degradation in the product. We have for the first time ever, essentially preserved the natural qualities of fresh-cut grass and vegetables juice, and have created the best Raw Organic Juice Powder that has ever been seen before.

Next on the 'At-Cost' list we have our Pine Pollen Powder for only $16.95 each when you get a 3-pack. With over 200 Bio-Active natural nutrients, Pine Pollen practically has everything the body needs, in a super-absorbable, nutrient-dense form. We are talking much more than just the simple vitamins and minerals in order to avoid deficiency; there are many other magical components to Pine Pollen, which I shared in my write-up on it. Pine Pollen is all-natural and is collected directly from Pine Trees, without any processing.

Don't forget to try our 9 new Potent Fruit and Berry Powders 'At-Cost' this month. Every single one of these fruit powders are single ingredients with no other fillers added. Next on the list is probably the most popular product that we carry, which is our Unfortified Nutritional Yeast. We don’t add any synthetic vitamins to our Nutritional Yeast. Therefore, you get a true cheesy natural flavor. When you try our Unfortified Nutritional Yeast, and then go back to other brands, such as the Bragg’s, which is loaded with synthetic vitamins, you will literally experience the synthetic chemical aftertaste. It's really nasty actually, and you'll never want to eat their Nutritional Yeast ever again. Now, don’t worry, even though it's not fortified with B Vitamins, our Unfortified Nutritional Yeast is still loaded with B Vitamins, and a massive amount of other nutrients, which are all natural occurring.

Next we have all out our Orgono Living Silica products at the best pricing available by far. If you look on the internet, you will not find a 1000ml bottle of Orgono Silica for less than $49.95 anywhere. For just five days more, you can get each bottle for only $29.95 each when you get a 3-pack.

Next we have our Tooth Brightner 'At-Cost' for the month of July. The Tooth Brightner is really good for removing stains that are created from natural foods such as Algae's, green food powders, and so much more. Use it with an electric toothbrush and toothpaste and scrub your teeth really well with them. I give all the details on how to do it properly within the description of the product.

I know that many of you are excited that we once again have our Wild Jungle Peanut Butter available. Alongside our Wild Jungle Peanut Butter, we also have our Wild Jungle Peanuts and My New Almond Butter, which is incredibly thin and liquid-like just like the "Good-ol-Days". Both of these nut butters are actually stone-ground for multiple days in order to get them into this thin liquid-like consistency. People are literally crazy over our Wild Jungle Peanut Butter. When it’s out of stock, I have many people writing in worried, because they need to continually have it on hand due to how ridiculously good it is. Some people write in begging me, stating that they’ll get 20 jars if I can get it back in stock lol.

Last on the 'At-Cost' list are our incredible Medjool and Deglet Dates. These Medjool Dates are Grade A “Extra Fancy” Jumbo Medjool dates, and they are absolutely huge. With a 23% moisture content, these dates are very moist on the inside and are literally like candy. Furthermore, They have been tested all across the board for metals, mold, bacteria, infestations, yeast, and everything is in conformity with FDA Requirements. Furthermore, these dates also have a GMO Declaration guaranteeing that these dates do not contain or consist of GMO. Lastly, they are certified Certified Organic and Kosher. For the Deglet Dates, these are about a 21% moisture content and even the skin is pretty moist on these bad boys.
