Mini Health Update & 2 Days Left
Published: Sat, 07/29/23
I have to admit that my first attempt at eating meat was at a restaurant. I had leftovers and I had Restaurant food for two days in a row. One day in a row, I can do something like that, but not two. I had the worst cough from it, but all I wanted to do was eat meat each day despite the fact that my breath smelled horrible from it along with having really bad body odor. The next day I had meat again, not from a restaurant, and it was so good. However, my cough got worse.
I had to move back to eating fish or I was going to die here. One day of being off the meat, I felt so much better. As I've shared many times, I get night sweats. When I eliminated the meat, I sweat throughout the night as usual. However, this time, my entire room stinks so badly from eating the meat it's absolutely crazy. I had to open the glass door to air it out all day, and it still didn't do much.
Normally I can get away without washing my sheets and blankets for awhile, but I don't think that is going to happen this time around. It stinks in there so badly just from simply eating meat.
Anyway, I'm feeling much better being back on fish. Each day gets better and better as the meat gets out of my system. My breath and body odor are back to normal and I feel great. I loved eating it, but there is no way I am going to do it again. I may try chicken to see what happen lol. I never really liked chicken, but I'll probably give it a shot at some point.
I know that many of you eat meat, and by no means is it my intention to offend anyone here that eats meat. I wish I could eat meat, I'm actually jealous that I can't. As I'll explain in a second, it's just from being so sensitive from eating a Raw Vegan Diet for over two decades.
Back in my college days, I partied and smoked weed every single day. If I would have known now the damage that would have occurred to my lungs now from doing this during my college years, I would have never done it. My lungs are the first thing that go during any unperfectness that I do with my health.
I know Unperfectness is not a word, but I am ok with that. It explains what I am trying to say here. That entire 7 year abstinence from smoking theory where they say that you heal your lungs from smoking cigarettes or marijuana after 7 years, I personally believe is nonsense from my experience.
You guys, I am so freaking sensitive from being on a Raw Foods Diet and doing colon cleansing for so many decades that I have crazy boundaries that I must maintain or I start to go downhill.
It's one of the reasons why I look healthy and good in pictures. I'm forced to stay within these boundaries or I feel like crap and I can't function properly.
For example, I'm back to eating twice a day. Anything more doesn't feel good. I'm eating lots of protein still though. Yes, I do a restaurant on occasion, but that's like drinking alcohol for someone. It's like the only thing I can do to party these days lol. However, I can only do it maybe once a week at the most. There is definitely a hangover involved. If I ate at a restaurant two days in a row, I would be an absolute mess.
I can't eat spices, processed starches, or too much sugar. I know Restaurants have spices and sugar, and I can do it as a one time partying thing lol. However, that's it for at least one week. If I were to eat spices for more than one day straight, I would be a mess with a cough. I've avoided them for more than half my life. There is no way that I could even drink a sip of alcohol.
I'm just babbling here now. Let's get on to the important health update stuff.
My appetite is now fully back and I am loving to eat food again. Yay.
I got all the blood tests done. I hope that getting sick, losing 4 pounds, and losing my appetite for over a week didn't ruin all that hard work of bringing my protein levels up for these blood tests. After writing this Newsletter, I am going to make an appointment with my primary doctor to go over the blood test results. I also hope to get that bone infusion soon. So, I am making progress on that end.
On the GI Doctor end, I've also finally made some progress with moving forward.
So this nurse contacts me from the Mayo Clinic saying that the Doctor has a Humira study that I can be a part of to see if my Humira levels are accurate.
I almost lost it.
I'm sitting here trying to get a freaking appointment with them after getting the CT scan results, I can't get a hold of anyone, and they ask me to do this experimental study lol?
It actually ended up being good though lol, because I called that nurse back and she was able to help me get an appointment about taking the next steps for this fistula thing that I have. I actually got an appointment the next day after talking to her, which was today (Wednesday, at the time of writing this)!
I got the appointment at the Mayo Clinic with her PA. It went great. The next step is to do a Pouchoscopy, which is the same thing as a Colonoscopy, but for the Jpouch. Since they are putting me under, they are doing an endoscopy at the same time, because in the past my test results showed some issues that they want to double check.
Lastly, they are making me an appointment with a colorectal surgeon. This is the person who will fix the fistula if that is what it truly is.
They called me to make the appointments, and it turned into this entire drama that I'm not going to go into about needing to get approved by insurance. In the end, I finally talked to a kind woman who helped me get these appointments. My Pouchoscopy/Colonoscopy is set for the middle of August some time. Then I have a follow up appointment with the actual GI doctor a week later. I also have an appointment with the surgeon next week. I thought it would be nice just to talk to him early to see all the different possibilities. I thought it couldn't hurt.
The reason why I am trying to make as much progress as possible with my health is so I can be free again in order to travel. At some point, the girls are going to be going back and forth from here and Ecuador, which I am not excited about. However, I can't miss a single moment of them growing up, so I must go where they go.
It looks like I am finally making progress here. I'm excited that I now know the nurse I need to contact at the Mayo Clinic in the future if I need to get a quick appointment. I'm feeling much better about it all.
So that's where I'm at right now! I'll keep you updated as I go. It's a shame that I can't eat meat as it was so much fun. I was just an absolute mess from eating it. As I was recovering from eating meat, I was up in the air about whether I would eat it every once in awhile. However, now that I am recovered, I can't go back to that smelly hell lol. I feel too good now, and I was an absolute mess when eating it. I will probably try chicken one day to see how it goes. I'll keep you posted on that.
Anyway, there are only 2 days left to get in on July’s incredible ‘At-Cost’ Specials. They include all of the following items.
We’ve still got plenty of our Methylene Blue at the Blowout Pricing. It's quite fascinating what Methylene Blue does in the human body. Methylene Blue acts as an artificial electron recycler. Let’s envision that you have a battery, and batteries are filled with these electrons that are stored. You need these electrons in order to generate energy. You also have electrons going on in your body as well within the mitochondria. In fact, your body converts food into electrons stored in the ATP molecule for energy. In our mitochondria’s, we have a lot of electron transfer exchange going on. Methylene Blue, apparently has the ability to remove or add electrons depending on what part of the body needs them or it doesn’t need them. So, it seems to help this shuffling around of electrons, which medically has this term called redox cycling. This is one of the reasons why Methylene Blue can give someone with fatigue more energy and all of the other benefits it provides.
On top of the Methylene Blue, we've got all of our Original and New Juice Powders available, which have got to be some of the most powerful foods in the world. In fact, when you take one of these juice powders, shake it in water, and put it next to a fresh-squeezed juice, they are virtually indistinguishable whether you're looking at organoleptic qualities such as the color, flavor, aroma, or the nutritional qualities. There is virtually no degradation in the product. We have for the first time ever, essentially preserved the natural qualities of fresh-cut grass and vegetables juice, and have created the best Raw Organic Juice Powder that has ever been seen before.
Next on the 'At-Cost' list we have our Pine Pollen Powder for only $16.95 each when you get a 3-pack. With over 200 Bio-Active natural nutrients, Pine Pollen practically has everything the body needs, in a super-absorbable, nutrient-dense form. We are talking much more than just the simple vitamins and minerals in order to avoid deficiency; there are many other magical components to Pine Pollen, which I shared in my write-up on it. Pine Pollen is all-natural and is collected directly from Pine Trees, without any processing.
Don't forget to try our 9 new Potent Fruit and Berry Powders 'At-Cost' this month. Every single one of these fruit powders are single ingredients with no other fillers added. They are all Certified Organic and simply freeze dried. These 9 potent fruit and berry powders include, Acai, Maqui, Elderberry, Pitaya (Dragon Fruit), Banana, Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry, and Goji Berry powder. Prepare your tastebuds for a rollercoaster of a ride, with every single one of these 9 certified organic potent fruit and berry powders!
Next on the list is probably the most popular product that we carry, which is our Unfortified Nutritional Yeast. We don’t add any synthetic vitamins to our Nutritional Yeast. Therefore, you get a true cheesy natural flavor. When you try our Unfortified Nutritional Yeast, and then go back to other brands, such as the Bragg’s, which is loaded with synthetic vitamins, you will literally experience the synthetic chemical aftertaste. It's really nasty actually, and you'll never want to eat their Nutritional Yeast ever again. Now, don’t worry, even though it's not fortified with B Vitamins, our Unfortified Nutritional Yeast is still loaded with B Vitamins, and a massive amount of other nutrients, which are all natural occurring.
Next we have all out our Orgono Living Silica products at the best pricing available by far. If you look on the internet, you will not find a 1000ml bottle of Orgono Silica for less than $49.95 anywhere. For just five days more, you can get each bottle for only $29.95 each when you get a 3-pack.
Next we have our Tooth Brightner 'At-Cost' for the month of July. The Tooth Brightner is really good for removing stains that are created from natural foods such as Algae's, green food powders, and so much more. Use it with an electric toothbrush and toothpaste and scrub your teeth really well with them. I give all the details on how to do it properly within the description of the product.
I know that many of you are excited that we once again have our Wild Jungle Peanut Butter available. Alongside our Wild Jungle Peanut Butter, we also have our Wild Jungle Peanuts and My New Almond Butter, which is incredibly thin and liquid-like just like the "Good-ol-Days". Both of these nut butters are actually stone-ground for multiple days in order to get them into this thin liquid-like consistency. People are literally crazy over our Wild Jungle Peanut Butter. When it’s out of stock, I have many people writing in worried, because they need to continually have it on hand due to how ridiculously good it is. Some people write in begging me, stating that they’ll get 20 jars if I can get it back in stock lol.
Last on the 'At-Cost' list are our incredible Medjool and Deglet Dates. These Medjool Dates are Grade A “Extra Fancy” Jumbo Medjool dates, and they are absolutely huge. With a 23% moisture content, these dates are very moist on the inside and are literally like candy. Furthermore, They have been tested all across the board for metals, mold, bacteria, infestations, yeast, and everything is in conformity with FDA Requirements. Furthermore, these dates also have a GMO Declaration guaranteeing that these dates do not contain or consist of GMO. Lastly, they are certified Certified Organic and Kosher. For the Deglet Dates, these are about a 21% moisture content and even the skin is pretty moist on these bad boys.
