Walnuts and Brazil Nuts At Cost

Walnuts are one of the most popular nuts on our website.
One of the reasons why they are so popular is obviously because they taste really good. Additionally, Walnuts have more Omega Fatty Acids and higher antioxidant activity compared to any other nut.
This antioxidant activity comes from the Vitamin E, Melatonin, and Polyphenols contained within the Walnut. It’s pretty cool that a nut actually has melatonin within it. This neurohormone helps to regulate our body clock, and helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.
Studies show that Walnuts help lower cholesterol, they are great for the brain (they are shaped like the brain), supports male fertility and sperm health, and so much more.
