Key Minerals Linked to Longevity

Published: Tue, 05/23/23

Hey Everyone!

This article has some pretty cool, interesting, and important information in regards to our Longevity and long-term health.

I was watching a video on Youtube, and this Doctor/Scientist stated that there are no studies or proof that exercise actually promotes longevity.

At first I thought that he was absolutely nuts, but for some reason I decided to entertain him for a little bit longer, and I listened on. He then put a big twist on his story to where it actually made sense to me.

He went on to say, that if you look at all of the extreme athletes in the world, they don’t live that long. He gave example after example of famous athletes who died early, such as Babe Ruth, Wilt Chamberlin, some runners and so many more. I then realized at this moment that he was referring to extreme exercise is not really the best for longevity, and that we was not referring to basic exercise that many of us do on a daily basis in general.

He then went on to say that the reason that these extreme athletes don’t live to be a healthy old age is because of how they deplete their bodies of their very precious elements daily through extreme ongoing sweat, specifically minerals.

If you think about it, extreme athletes are drenched in their sweat all day long, especially upon performance.

You can maybe now see why it started to make sense to me. There is another study further below, which reveals two minerals that are linked to Longevity. Let me build up to that first.

The reason why I love Dr. Norman Walker's work so much, is because he meticulously broke down all of the nutrition in all of the Raw Foods available to man, and showed how to get everything the body needs through utilizing them. He was a living example of a person getting all of the nutrition the body needs on a daily basis.

The mainstay of this absorbable nutrition came from vegetable juices. However, on top of drinking multiple vegetable juices a day, there were a few supplements that he took, because he felt that he couldn’t get all the nutrition needed by the human body in vegetable juices alone.

I have studied all of his work in and out, and here are the three main extra supplements that he took on an ongoing basis in order to make sure he got everything that his body needed. He succeeded as he did live to be 100 years old.

- He took Catalina Sea Water daily for Minerals
- He took a Homeopathic Zinc daily, because Zinc is involved in practically every process of the human body, and you need more than what’s available in vegetables and other foods.
- He took Seaweed for minerals

That's all he took extra! I guess seaweed isn’t really a supplement, but more of a food. If you think about it, these extreme athletes sweat out extreme amounts of these precious mineral elements on a daily basis. These minerals are needed by our bodies, and they are stored in the vital fluids within our body. For example, Cerebrospinal Fluid coats our brain, eyes and spine and is loaded with more minerals compared to any other fluid in the body. You can see how a deficiency can impact our health in regards to these most vital organs.

Dr. Norman Walker states in his book, "The cerebrospinal fluid is replete with trace elements in greater volume and variety than any other organ in the body. These elements are distributed throughout the body by means of the blood and nerves, which collect these trace elements from the spinal fluid. To appreciate the importance and value of these trace elements you must realize, for example, that many of them are so evanescent that only about 10 or 15 milligrams (a fraction of an ounce of some of them) could be extracted from 2,000 pounds - one ton — of alfalfa, which is one of our richest sources of trace elements."

This is one of the reasons why I make sure to take our Alfalfa Juice Powder every single day. When the juice wasn't available, he actually took 1/4 teaspoon of alfalfa juice powder too.

It is so critical to continually replenish these precious minerals elements on a daily basis. For men, keep in mind that if you ejaculate often, your sperm is loaded with a percentage of this vital cerebrospinal fluid.

Dr. Norman Walker states, "Twenty percent of the semen is composed of cerebrospinal fluid. As the cerebrospinal fluid emanates from the region of the brain, the unnecessary loss of semen causes weakness and eventual degeneration of the brain cells and tissues. Loss of memory is one of the end-effects of such a disturbance.

Man's virility depends upon his conservation of the sperm, not his ability to waste it.

When one considers that the period of reproducing a single orgasm or discharge of the semen requires an average of 35 days, it can readily be appreciated why the excessive discharge of this semen causes weakness, and when deliberately exercised by an adult may cause premature loss of the ability to function sexually. All too often weakness and senility is the result of a lifelong abuse of such a practice."

So minerals, are one of the most key elements to our health, longevity, and beauty.

Our Quintessential is todays equivalent to the Catalina Sea Water that Dr. Norman Walker took back in the day, but even better. This is one of those important products that I take daily without missing a heart beat.

Quintessential under a microscope is almost identical to the human blood molecule. It’s like a saline solution that almost tastes like our salty sweat. It is the ultimate replenishment for these precious elements/minerals within our body.

For Zinc, I recently shared with you so many of the processes in the body that require zinc in order to convey to you the importance of supplementing this precious mineral every day. In fact, I’ve been preaching to take Quintessential and an absorbable Zinc for many decades now.

Here is that interesting study that I mentioned above. At the clinical study here, There are two essential trace minerals linked to living to 100 years old.

Guess which one of the minerals was. Yep, Zinc.

In this study, they looked at the data from healthy Chinese people who were living over the age of 100. They did a hair analysis of these healthy "Centenarians", and looked at the levels of trace minerals in their body. These minerals included things like chromium, selenium, zinc, iron, copper, and others.

The results of the study showed that out of all of the trace minerals, only two were in the normal range, which were Zinc and Copper.

All of the other trace minerals in the study were either increased or decreased from the normal range. These results suggest that zinc and copper both might play a useful role in keeping people healthy as they age and live longer.

So what’s interesting is that Dr. Norman Walker took an absorbable Zinc every single day and lived to be over 100 years old. He also made sure to drink a glass of orange juice every single morning in order to make sure that he was getting all of the Vitamin C that his body required in a day. You have to get Vitamin C from outside sources, since your body can't produce it on its own.

If you guys remember in a previous article, I shared that it’s important to get Vitamin C in it’s whole food form, because there are many components to it. When you take vitamin C supplements such as straight ascorbic acid, you are only getting a fraction of the Vitamin C full complex. What is super interesting is that one of the components of Vitamin C in its full complex is Copper. The true full complex of Vitamin C comes with Copper inside of it in an enzyme form called Tyrosinase, which is there as a precursor to help build the adrenal hormones.

On top of this, Dr. Norman Walker stated that the organic oranges that he used to make Orange Juice with every single day had lost a good portion of it’s vibrancy and nutritional value compared to how these oranges were when he was a child due to environment, bad soils, etc. He went on to say that he would put the Catalina Sea Water in his Orange Juice daily, and that brought the vibrancy and nutritional value of the orange juice right back up to par.

He also put the Catalina Sea water on his salads, and in some of his juices. I do the same thing with the Quintessential. I put it in my orange juice/grapefruit juice powder combination every morning, and I also put it in all of my drinking water.

As you can see, Dr. Norman Walker got all of the minerals, zinc and copper that he need on a daily basis, and I truly believe this is one of the many reasons why he lived to be such a ripe old age.

In my strong humble opinion, it will do your body good to take the Quintessential, which contains all of the minerals available to man, along with our Ionic Angstrom Zinc every single day forever. I do. I ordered an abundance of both Quintessential and Zinc, along with the Ionic Angstrom Copper as I know many of you will probably want to order that too after reading this. Ironically, the copper is one of the top 3 selling individual minerals on our website. However, I personally don’t take that one as I drink orange juice every single day from organic oranges with the Quintessential.

In my opinion, the Quintessential and Zinc are critical in order to avoid deficiency of these precious mineral elements. That salty saline tasting Quintessential solution is just so critical for the replenishment of these vital elements within our bodies. You don't need much of these trace elements, but without getting Zinc, Copper and all the other minerals daily, a persons health is going to suffer. Minerals are so key for our beauty, health, and longevity. Maybe I will try the copper lol.

Last year I wrote a 10 page newsletter article on Zinc alone sharing the importance of it, which customer service can send to you if you want to read it. I want to keep this Newsletter kind of short though so you get the key information here. However, just to give you a quick rundown of how Zinc and Copper are so important for our Longevity, here are a handful of longevity facts.

Firstly, both Copper and Zinc together make up the enzyme SOD (Superoxide Dismutase). Now as we've discussed before, this SOD enzyme is involved in longevity big time. Furthermore, Zinc is involved in over 2000 other enzymes, along with DNA synthesis, and DNA repair. Please realize that longevity has everything to do with our ability to repair.

Zinc is also necessary in preventing the build up of amyloid plaque. Over 2 billion people on this planet are deficient in Zinc, and it is probably one of the reasons for the high occurrences of Dementia and Alzheimers. Zinc will also help protect the liver against poisons, and so much more. I'm just trying to cover all of the main longevity aspects today.

Like zinc, copper is a cofactor for many different enzymes. This means that enzymes need it to complete all their jobs properly in order to live a healthy life. Copper also helps to make neurotransmitters and helps to form collagen and connective tissue. Without it, we can get issues with our joints and ligaments, get anemia, lose our vision, have neurodegeneration, and so much more. Ironically lol, a lot of these issues also come when you are Vitamin C deficient. That's why I feel that I am good on copper and don't need it personally due to the orange juice with the Quintessential that I drink every single day.

I thought that the first story above on extreme athletes reveals the importance of how precious these mineral elements are for our bodies. With Quintessential, it's like cheating the nutritional process. The majority of people are not getting that type of absorbable nutrition in the form of minerals like this. It's way better than Gatorade. Lastly, the study above reveals the importance of Zinc and Copper. However, for copper, I feel it's important to get that Whole Food Vitamin C hit daily for it.

They just raised the Quintessential price again recently, and it's now selling for $60 on amazon. We have it today for $44.99 when you get a 3-pack. Furthermore, we have the Zinc and Copper on sale for only $15.95 each when you get a 3-pack.
