Egg Yolks and Calcium Testimonials

Published: Wed, 09/13/23

Hey Everyone!

We’ve now carried the Calcium L-Threonate for just about 1 year now, and the testimonials are starting to come in.

In fact, both of the testimonials within this Newsletter just came in today, right after I shared todays Newsletter. Furthermore, after this first testimonial below, I started rambling, and I share with you how and why I replaced my yogurt meal with egg yolks. Check it out.

Here is the first testimonial.

This product is phenomenal. I had knee fracture on April 10,2023 due to my cancer medication and I’ve been taking it for 3 months. My fracture is fully healed. Further I had many other bone pains in my ribs, arms, hands, back, now it’s all gone. I had Dexascane done prior to taking this and I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. Now I will get another test and see if I’m osteoporosis free. This supplement is miracle, I’m not kidding. I simply take half teaspoon at bedtime and never miss a dose. Waiting for my shipment of 3 more bags. Thanks Matt for sharing a such great product. I’ve been following you since 2010 I too was raw vegan almost 10 years. Now I do eat meat and still eat clean food. I always love your videos and what you’ve gone through health wise. You’re always in my prayers and what you do for other individuals like myself. Much gratitude and greatly appreciate your explanation of each supplements. -:)

Thanks so much Dave! I’m so glad that it has been helping you. Keep us posted once you get your Osteoporosis test done. I’m sure the Calcium L-Threonate works great on an empty stomach. However, one study shared that the absorption rate was higher when taken with food. It’s generally like that with all calcium supplements, because the acids in the stomach during digestion help with its absorption. That’s cool on your diet. I eat clean too, but I don’t eat meat. Instead, I eat fish and eggs. I was actually going to write a Newsletter soon on how I’ve replaced my yogurts with egg yolk omelettes lol. However, now is a good time to do that lol.

I know that everyone thinks that egg whites have more protein, but truly the egg yolks have way more protein when you look at it from a volume standpoint. One egg white has the same volume as two egg yolks. Therefore, by volume, egg yolks almost have two times as much protein as the whites.

Additionally, the majority of the nutrition is within the egg yolk and not the white. Dr. Norman Walker actually ate egg yolks only, and he said that he doesn’t eat the egg whites, because he doesn’t want them to clog up his system. He was impeccable with his diet. If you just look at an egg, the yolk looks like it is filled with all of the nutrition, and the whites just look like the left-over waste practically lol. No offense to anybody.

Anyhow, ever since I wrote that Sunflower Lecithin article, I’ve been making egg yolk omelettes without the whites. I shared how the egg yolk has more choline and lecithin compared to all other foods. Therefore, I replaced my yogurt meal with a 5 egg-yolk omelette.

Seems like a lot of food right? However, two full eggs is of greater volume than 5 egg yolks. If you make a 3 egg omelette, it will cover the entire pan and also be over 2 millimeters thick. With the 5 egg yolks, you probably can’t even cover the entire pan. You get to eat way less food when you do the egg yolk omelette, but at the same time, you get way more nutrition with over two times the amount of protein. That’s just crazy! There is no waste of space there when you are eating your food. Plus, you get all of those organic phospholipids and choline, which are contained only in the Yolk.

I also love the consistency and the taste of the egg yolk omelettes. It turns out like a thin flat strong tortilla. What I do is cut it into little rectangles. I then throw a load of cream cheese on one end of the rectangles. On top of the cream cheese, I add a bunch of blue berries and roll it up. I then just have this egg yolk, cream cheese, blueberry wrap. It’s almost like a crepe. I also do it with bananas sometimes instead of blueberries.

Furthermore, I don’t get as stuffed as when I do a 3-4 egg omelette. I enjoy my second meal of the day much more since I actually get hungry again. At first I was experimenting with 8 egg yolks lol. That equals under 3 full eggs in volume. However, I wasn’t as hungry at lunch time so I went down to 5.

Anyway, I wanted the lecithin and the nutrition. I feel like it’s way better for me nutritionally compared to the two yogurts I was eating. I think I may even see some improvements from doing this on many levels.

Anyway, back to the Calcium L-Threonate. I feel like I may be doing better on that too. I was so deficient in calcium that my joints became so weak to the point where I was no longer able to run. I couldn’t run because of my knees and ankle joints. I feel like the Calcium L-Threonate is helping, but we’ll see. It’s way too early to tell. I wish I had stayed on it all of this time like Dave here. I’m so excited to be back on it now.

Anyway, here is the other testimonial that came in today. I couldn’t believe it when I saw two testimonials sent at the same time lol. I had to write up a quick Newsletter. Normally, I edit my Newsletters a minimum of 10 times before sending them out. Therefore, please forgive the choppiness of this Newsletter.

Nisha writes:

Just wanted to say that the calcium l-threonate is the only calcium supplement I have taken that does not give me leg cramps, and I have tried many forms. I seem to react to all other forms but this one. (I seem to be sensitive to mineral supplements- some zinc forms actually give me spots on my nails, which I never have otherwise… but that’s supposed to be an indicator of deficiency!) Taking for bone bruising and micro fractures. Thanks for making this available to us!
