A woman named the 'Ms. Fit Vegan' interviewed me yesterday on her YouTube show yesterday.

Whoa! Wow, he was INTENSE! I loved this interview. I appreciate how he thinks and how he communicated his experience. I have all kinds of feelings and mixed emotions,for him,for me, for us all as we strive be our most healthy....it was a very though provoking interview.
