Update & These Specials End Tomorrow

As you know, I’m trying to come off of the Humira, but they are never going to get my old medical records in order to make this decision. The other day, I was thinking of disobeying them and just weaning off of the Humira myself.
Since I opened back up unsolicited advice, I got many people’s opinions on what to do.
Half the people were like, “Ditch the Big Pharma dude!”.
The other half were like, “Listen to your doctors and wait.”
However, one woman told me to just call and get the medical records. this seemed like an impossible feat for me. I’m continually scraping for “time” in life. However, I just got all of the records within 30 minutes, and emailed them to my doctor through the portal. I’m now trying to schedule an appointment to see if I can wean off the Humira now.
I’m super happy, and I’ll keep you updated. Also, I’m planning on making a video on why I eat Fish consistently, but not Meat like Chicken or Beef. I’ll share that link to the video once it's ready in one of my next Newsletters soon.

What a month of ‘At-Cost’ Specials it is!
