Our last special of the month are our two flavors of Raw Chocolate Covered Cacao Nibs. As many of you know, one is a Camu Camu Chocolate Covered Cacao Nibs, and the other is a Maca Chocolate Covered Cacao Nibs.
When we did our last inventory blowout during the time where we were moving warehouses, I couldn’t believe the interest on these superfood chocolate covered nibs.
I negotiated with my supplier, because I wanted to offer them again as close as I could to the same pricing as the inventory blowout. He generously provided me an extra little discount so I could offer them at a really good price.

What's really cool is that they taste a little softer compared to normal cacao nibs. When we apply the sweetened cacao paste, it softens the Cacao Nibs a bit during the tumbling process. The Cacao Nibs are not soft, they are still crunchy like a nib, but it's more palatable to eat with the coating than a plain cacao nib.
