My Blood Test Results are in

Published: Wed, 12/27/23

Hey Everyone!

I hope everyone had a great Holiday.

Before I get into my blood test results, I need some feedback.

Firstly, what did you guys think of the Dynamic Health Apple Cider Vinegar? I'm in the process of deciding whether I should reorder it in glass bottles or not. Weird enough, not many people have given me feedback on it. Let me know what you think.

Now check this out!

I just got my new Blood Levels, and the results are absolutely crazy.

If you remember, I got off of Humira, and my appetite absolutely plummeted.

I tried to eat twice a day, but for the last few weeks I have only been able to eat once a day.

I am actually blessed to be eating once a day, because all of the times I have been in this situation in the past, I had a rough time eating at all.

Regardless of how many times a day that I eat, I always make sure to make fresh Carrot/Spinach Juice twice a day. I also drink citrus in the morning.

I believe that I ate only once a day like this for three weeks before taking my actual blood tests.

In the past, if I ever ate one meal a day like this, my weight would drop down to about 114 pounds. Right now I am maintaining between 127 at the very low up to 130 pounds, which is crazy for me. This is due to the carrot juice.

Let's first talk about my blood test levels, and then I will share more about this appetite loss, and my thoughts around it, because I think that it goes beyond the Humira withdrawals now.

So again, before I got my blood tests, I have been eating only once a day like this for 3 weeks. However, I always made sure to drink my two carrot/spinach juices.

I got the blood tests, and I was excited, but also nervous at the same time. As I've shared with you in the past, I have been malnourished and deficient in protein for years now no matter how much fish or animal protein that I ate such as eggs.

Here I was now eliminating fish completely from my diet for 3 weeks before I took these blood tests. One would think that my protein levels would drop.

However, for the first time in many years, all of my protein levels were in normal range. One protein level was just under the normal range by .1 lol, which is absolutely nothing. However, it's normally under by many full points.

Ladies and Gentleman, Dr. Norman Walker's theory on how carrot juice contains all of the atomic elements needed in order to build complete proteins within the human body is absolutely 100% correct. I am living proof. I stopped eating animal flesh, continued to drink carrot juice, and for the first time in years, my protein levels finally fell into normal range. I'm not even eating fish anymore. This elimination of fish wasn't voluntary. I haven't been able to stomach it since I lost my appetite. We'll talk more about that in a moment.

I had also told you that I stopped my calcium supplements around 3 months ago. My calcium levels are now in normal range for the first time in years without the use of calcium supplements. It seems that Dr. Norman Walker's statements in regards to carrot juice and calcium are also accurate.

My sodium didn't go down, but it maintained where it was at, which is only a little bit low. This seems to be expected since I eliminated an entire meal of fish that I poured the Celtic Sea Salt on, along with eliminating Nama Shoyu that I ate with it, which is also loaded with sodium. Carrots have good healthy sodium and my levels maintained despite eliminating all of this. Once I am eating twice a day again, my sodium should finally go into normal range. Furthermore, I made some other alterations to get it back up in the meantime.

My last issue has always been Anemia.

When I first saw my Iron levels, I got sad, because my Iron was pretty low. However, my doctors assistant called me today actually, and the doctor explained to me that my anemia is actually getting better for the first time. I just didn't know how to read the entire compilation of results around Anemia. This is the first time that my Anemia has ever gotten better since I got sick. Also, doctors and people have told me that it could take months to rebuild Iron stores, so I probably shouldn't expect this blood level to fix itself overnight.

These are my four issues. I can barely eat, and the carrot/spinach juice still took me out of this deficiency mess that I have been suffering through on all levels. I've always been scared and paid close attention to what I ate, because I always needed to focus on making sure that these particular blood levels would go up. However, that concern is no longer a problem, and I don't need to focus on eating high protein, iron, sodium, and calcium foods. I can eat whatever healthy things I want now without having to worry about my blood levels anymore, simply because I am drinking carrot/spinach juice twice a day.

The number one juice that Dr. Norman Walker recommends for anemia is carrot/spinach juice. Furthermore, I now no longer need calcium supplements, because this vegetable juice is providing me all of the calcium that I need in order to bring my calcium levels up. Lastly, my protein issues have been completely 100% solved. It's a miracle. Carrot Juice is a miracle, and I am bringing it back to the world full force. I also eliminated my Multi-Vitamin a long time ago when I wrote that Newsletter on the potential dangers of methylated B12 supplements and our B12 probiotics.

Now let's discuss my appetite loss and why I don't fully believe that it has to do with the Humira withdrawals 100% anymore.

I had my Zoom appointment with my GI Doctor. If you remember in my last health update, my GI doctor tried to double my Humira dosage even though she said that she would be more willing to allow me to come off of it if my Humira blood levels were low, which they were.

Anyhow, For 30 minutes on Zoom, she was trying to convince me to stay on it and double my dose. She had no clue that I have been off of it for two months already. However, finally she allowed me to come off of it.

She explained to me that my Humira levels are super low. Therefore, if I got off of it, I may not get worse immediately, because it's not doing anything right now anyhow. She's more concerned about the long-run. That's when it clicked in my head, that maybe this appetite loss may not fully have to do with the Humira anymore. My levels are really low, so I would assume that the Humira wouldn't stay in my system for too long.

Regardless, I have been eating only once a day for weeks now. Therefore, my body would start to now go through the withdrawals from the 12oz of fish along with the tablespoons of Mayonnaise that I ate with it. 12oz of fish is a lot of density just poof gone over night.

On top of that, I've been drinking about 32oz of carrot/spinach juice twice a day for many months now. That's about double at a time compared to the recommended 16oz at a time. Carrot juice can aid in the elimination of toxins from the organs if there is a build-up. However, the ending result is a feeling of more life and vigor once the internal house cleaning is done.

Between both of these things, I believe that I may be going through a deep cleansing healing right now as my body unloads.

There are times where I don't feel the best. However, after I go to the bathroom, I light up and I breathe in so deep. I feel like I am becoming healthier, cleaner, and that I am healing.

I'm definitely not on some sort of mission to become some sort of clean crazy dude again lol. I just want this to end and I want to get my appetite back. I've tried to eat twice a day, but it just doesn't go down well. It's like my body isn't digesting properly.

It's a lot going through this cleansing detox on an ongoing basis. I'm glad that I had this December time off in order to go through this. That's why there hasn't been that many specials this month besides the big time Carrot Juice Powder and the Holiday18 discount. I just needed to take this break for myself. However, with January on the approach, I need to get myself back out of this mess.

Knowing me, in the past I would have just stayed in this state of eating once a day, and juicing crazy amounts above the recommended pint, until my body worked it all out on its own. However, In my old age here, lol, I've got to simmer things down. Here are the steps that I just started taking in order to slow things down.

Firstly, I'm trying to bring my vegetable juice intake down to the recommended 16oz twice a day versus 32oz twice a day. Furthermore, I started eating things out of my norm in order to stop the detox/withdrawals. Don't worry, I'm not going haywire unhealthy, but just a bit out of my bounds, only a day here and a day there. I just started all this so we'll see how it goes.

However, I do still think it partly has to do with the Humira withdrawals, due to the experiences that I go through. It's just been accentuated big time due to my actions.

The great news is that when I ate some not so healthy things, I also ate some raw lettuce, cucumber, and avocado from my daughters avocado cucumber sushi roll that she got from the market. It didn't have rice in it. As I've told you, I haven't been able to eat raw vegetables like lettuce like this in a long time without pain. I loved eating it so much, and I had no pain in my colon from it. I ate a lot more raw vegetables and avocado today. Let's see how that goes!

One night I tried to replace that fish protein source with a small handful of almonds. I was burping all night and didn't sleep well. A few nights later I tried again with hemp seeds instead to see if it would be any different, and it was the same situation. I may try these things for my first meal of the day as it worked with eating the avocado early when it gave me slight issues at night. Also, I'm not digesting properly so it's hard to tell if I'll be able to handle nuts and seeds in the future.

Regardless, I think that these steps that I just started taking are going to stop some of this detox madness to where I can get a grip on things once again. This is just a very exciting time for me. I'm so excited to continue trying higher quantities of vegetables if I have no issues. My experimenting with raw vegetables, nuts, seeds, and avocado will continue and I will keep you all updated. I can't wait to be back up to 136 pounds again if I can get a grip with what I am doing here. Once I get a grip on things, I'll probably eat fish again, but not 12oz every single day lol. That was a protein fear move. You can see why I'm going through detox with the fish.

In the midst of all of detox, withdrawals, and experimenting, my pain levels in my colon are absolutely fine.

So the good news is, on paper, the doctors think that I'm on my way to being all healed up with my new blood levels, and they think that I am doing super well. This is all due to the carrot juice. If I told them that I was only eating once a day and my blood levels got better, it wouldn't make sense to them. The bad news is that I just have to get over this healing episode whatever it is.

So, coming off of the Humira jump started this loss of appetite. The continual eating of just one meal a day, simply accentuated the withdrawal symptoms as I'm now detoxing mayonnaise and 12oz of fish. The carrot/spinach juice is giving me all of the nourishment that I need. Maybe my body is now just rejecting the not-so-ideal foods, which doesn't nourish the body as well as carrot juice, like fish. Fish obviously did absolutely nothing for my protein levels.

I actually have a doctors appointment this week with my primary doctor to go over all of these blood levels lol. I can't wait! I don't think that I will reveal to him that I've eliminated all of my supplements, I've only been eating once a day, and that I've been drinking carrot juice as the cure lol. I'm not sure if his mind could handle that. Sometimes I just can't hold back though, we'll see. I did a pretty good job at not telling my GI doctor that I've been off of the Humira for 2 months though lol.

Anyhow, I will keep you updated on how everything goes.
