Spermidine, Freeze Dried Durian At Cost

Published: Tue, 01/02/24

Hey Everyone!

We finally got our Freeze Dried Durian back in stock and it’s available now ‘At-Cost’ for only $58.95 each when you get a 3-pack. I'm going to first talk about all of the different ways that I eat the Freeze Dried Durian, and then I will talk about how Durian is loaded with something called Spermidine. A mainstream doctor talked about this powerful compound within the Durian fruit, which is why it came across my desk.

To start, we have the Durian in those huge 1-kilo bags as usual, and this time around we also have our Freeze Dried Mangosteen alongside it, which is only $9.95 a can when you get a 3-pack. It's been awhile since we've offered the Mangosteen. The Mangosteen are in those same little cylinder canisters as usual. When you get lucky and it has a freeze dried seed within the Mangosteen fruit, it is so good like a little chocolate chip in there lol.

I was going to also offer the Jackfruit, but it would have delayed the shipment another month, because the season was late due to weather challenges. Too many people have been riding me to get the Durian back in stock ASAP. Therefore, I just got it with the Mangosteen alone this time. Next time I will try to get the Jackfruit again.

Durian is known as the "King" of all fruits, or the "Stinky" fruit lol.

You either hate it, or you are absolutely addicted to it and love it like me. Generally people into the Raw Vegan or health movement love it, while the mainstream can't stand it.

The last time we had our Freeze Dried Durian available, I shared my personal story on how I discovered it, and why I personally love it so much. This newsletter produced more sales than normal. I'm actually super curious on how the demand will be this time around, because a lot more people got to try it. I'm curious if they liked it or not, and I'm excited to see if they will order again.

I personally love it!

I used to make a cereal with Almond Milk, along with chopped up figs and walnuts. I would then put these durian pieces in there as if they were the marshmallows. They start out crunchy, and then they soften up with time within the almond milk. It was good both ways, crunchy or soft. You just keep adding more to the almond milk, and you are back to the crunchy taste lol.

Additionally, the freeze dried durian is also so good eaten straight. You can either crunch down on it immediately, or keep it in your mouth as your saliva turns the crunch to a softer and softer consistency. Eating it crunchy is so good and it will disappear fast, but keeping it in your mouth for awhile, is like finding a way to get that durian taste in your mouth for a very long period of time. Yeah, I've got some serious issues lol.

Due to the high sulphur content along with other powerful components it contains like spermidine, it has a tendency to smell like rotten eggs to some or even onion. For the people who love it like me though, you can just breathe in the aroma as if you are getting a hit of the most addicting smell molecules available to mankind.

For people like me, it literally tastes like vanilla Ice Cream with a hint of caramel. On a Raw Vegan Diet, you are kind of limited on the different varieties of foods and tastes that were similar to what we used to eat. Durian provides such a unique texture, consistency, and taste that it is a rare delicacy among raw vegans. It's one of the highest fruits in fat. Therefore, with the crazy taste and fat content, you can have the sense of eating Ice Cream again on a Raw Vegan Diet without any dairy when you make Durian Ice Cream. Furthermore, it's a mono-meal.

To make this Durian Ice Cream, you blend this freeze dried durian down into a powder. If the powder makes it to the 16oz line in the blender, you want to remove that powder and fill the coconut water or water up to that same exact 16oz line. It's 1:1 volume, so whatever line the powder makes it to, make the liquid go to the same exact line. Next, put the powder back into the liquid, blend it all together, and then freeze the contents in mason jars. When you are ready to eat it, let it thaw out for an hour and you have yourself the best raw durian ice cream available. It literally tastes like the best ripe frozen durian ever.

Ok, those are all of my favorite ways to eat our Freeze Dried Durian. Now let's talk about this powerful compound within the Durian called Spermidine.

So here I was minding my own business, and some main stream doctor starts talking about the benefits of durian. I was mind blown that he was talking about durian of all things. I got kind of emotional about it, because that's my territory. Nobody in mainstream knows or talks about durian! I take it very personal lol.

Anyway, he went on and on talking about how Durian contains a major anti-aging component in high levels.

It’s called Spermidine.

Due to this doctor talking about it, I've had a few people asking me about Spermidine. Therefore, I just wanted to sum it all up for you in as few words as possible below (the next 6 paragraphs lol).

In his video, he says that the the worlds slimmest people are the least likely to exercise. He backs this up by saying that in 2017 the global obesity index found that Vietnam has the leanest population on the planet. Only a mere 1% of their citizens are obese, which is a pretty stark contrast to the nearly 42% of people who struggle with obesity here in the USA. He goes on to say that what makes these rankings even more shocking is that Vietnamese people are among the worlds least physically active. Whereas Americans scored much higher with all of their exercise equipment, gym memberships, and so on.

He goes on to say that there are a number of theories on why this is, but in his opinion, the major factor is the durian, and that this stinky fruit can certainly give the citizens of Thailand an advantage. He says that the durian smell is actually caused by a remarkable bio-nutrient inside, which is called spermidine.

He goes on to say that Spermidine removes something called senescent cells, or "zombie" cells, which are formed from dying cells in the body not cooperating with being expelled. These "Zombie Cells" are linked to a load of age related diseases. They are parasitic and create inflammation in our tissues and organs. Worst yet they often release harmful chemicals that damage other cells around them causing more Zombie Cells to appear.

So they found that Spermidine removes "Zombie" cells from mice, and the mice had profound anti-aging healing results from this action. They had body mass reduction, anti-aging effect on their heart and liver, feeling restored stamina and lung function, along with healthier skin and tissues. It was like they had major anti-aging effects happen from removing Zombie Cells from simply taking Spermidine.

He goes on to say that when taken by humans, Spermidine mimics the effect of caloric restriction. Meaning it essentially tricks our body into thinking it’s starving. This encourages our body to start cannibalizing any useless or harmful matter inside it, including fat and zombie cells. He says that there is no harm in doing this, because this self eating process is completely natural.

It’s called autophagy and it’s actually the same process through which our bodies cleanse themselves of zombie cells when we are younger. Which means in theory, spermidine could completely transform the aging process as we know it. Because fueling autophagy, spermidine essentially helps transport your body back to its prime state. Due to how Durian is loaded with Spermadine, is why he believes that Durian is the main reason for all of these profound health statistics in Vietnam. I personally believe it's their aversion to processed food, but what do I know lol.

I definitely could see how Spermidine could have this effect on the body. Once I eat durian, I don't need any more food for a good 8 hours. However, I do eat a lot. I just see how this Spermidine compound could be very beneficial to the body. It makes me want to eat durian even more.

Anyhow, there is no doubt in my mind that durian makes you happy. Durian contains the amino acid tryptophan. When broken down, it gets converted to serotonin, a neurotransmitter responsible for making us feel happy and relaxed. For those of you that have experienced eating durian, now you know why you get those happy vibes. It's not just because you are blissed out in ecstasy from the taste of it. I've experienced it many times.

It also has a heating effect on the human body. I used to eat two frozen durians at a time back in the day. If you deprived yourself of Ice Cream for years on end, and you discover something that tastes just like Ice Cream on the Raw Vegan Diet, you'd probably eat two half-thawed out frozen durians at one time too.

Every time I did that, I got the tryptophan effect, and I would get a heat flush coming off of my body as if I took a high dose of Niacin. The cool thing about Mangosteen is that it has a cooling effect. The Vietnamese eat the Mangosteen with the Durian to balance out this heating effect. I don't know if it would work if you had two full durians like me, but hey.

These days I am much more responsible with my morning fruit intake, because I eat other foods now lol. I can easily just eat one or two pieces of fruit, such as bananas, persimmons or mangos, without going haywire eating endless amounts like I did sometimes in my Raw Food days lol.

So, our freeze dried durian is nothing short of a miracle for people who don't have access to the fruit. It's always freeze dried in its prime ripe state, which is a huge plus. Whereas with the Frozen stuff, you can easily hit or miss if you are choosing a ripe one or not.

Just to be clear, it only contains one ingredient, Durian that has been freeze dried. There are no other ingredients, preservatives, or anything else added to these freeze dried durian pieces.

Now durian is very high in nutrients compared to most other fruits.

One cup of fresh durian provides the following nutrients below. This should be equal to about 1/3 cup of our Freeze Dried Durian.

Calories: 357
Fat: 13 grams
Carbs: 66 grams
Fiber: 9 grams
Protein: 4 grams
Vitamin C: 80% of the Daily Value (DV)
Thiamine: 61% of the DV
Manganese: 39% of the DV
Vitamin B6: 38% of the DV
Potassium: 30% of the DV
Riboflavin: 29% of the DV
Copper: 25% of the DV
Folate: 22% of the DV
Magnesium: 18% of the DV
Niacin: 13% of the DV

Look at the niacin at the very bottom there lol! Durian is also rich in healthy plant compounds, including anthocyanins, carotenoids, polyphenols, and flavonoids. It’s also packed with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds like quercetin, kaempferol, and luteol.

So, the reason that many of us are addicted to this Freeze Dried Durian, is because it tastes ridiculously good to us, and makes us super happy since it contains a good quantity of the Amino Acid Tryptophan. Yum.

Plus, it now has Spermadine. Oooooooh lol.
