Did you know, that I was one of the first ones to bring Chia Seeds into the public light, before it was known to people?

It turned into an incredible jelly-like food, and it tasted so clean and so good.
Imagine, being on a Raw Foods Diet for over a decade, and discovering a new food like this. A new raw food with a taste and texture that was non-existent within the small array of raw foods that I could eat.
Yeah, at the time, I was living off of eating Chia Seeds for quite awhile, as I brought this brand new Superfood to the light at the Raw Food World. From thereafter, the popularity of Chia Seeds soared and went absolutely rampant.
