Pouchoscopy Cancelled, ER instead

At the last moments before getting the Pouchoscopy, they cancelled on me, because my blood test results from my new Primary Care Doctor had just come in. My Hemoglobin was 6.9, and is said to be a critically low dangerous number for hemoglobin.
They told me to go to the ER, get a blood transfusion, and once I am in a better position, we can reschedule the Pouchoscopy.
2 days before this I was at the point of being couch ridden again. It was difficult to even make dinner for myself. I went to the ER.
I was concerned, because a level of 7.0 for hemoglobin is considered really low, but not critical. Therefore, if my blood tests showed anywhere at 7 or above, the ER would turn me away like the last two times.
So I was in the ER, and my blood test came back at 6.9 hemoglobin. The ER doctor asked if she could do a stool test to see if there was any bleeding in my rectum. She said that she would have to stick her finger up my rare end in order to do this test. At first I was in despair and she said that she didn’t need to do it. However, I felt like I had to do everything humanly possible in order to get better.
Therefore, I let her do it, and it tested positive for blood. This means that I am internally bleeding and must be one of the reasons why I am having so much difficulty with my Iron, etc.
To be honest, I didn’t even know what the purpose of taking iron was. I knew that my iron wasn’t converting properly, but I never bothered to figure out what it’s trying to convert into. I was just told that my disease got so bad that my Iron was now not converting into what it needed to be converted into, in order to make me healthy again. 3 weeks ago I had three iron infusions. The amount of Iron I took in these iron infusions, would normally last a regular person an entire year of iron stores. That means that they would be sufficient on iron without having to get iron from supplements or food for an entire year. My iron stores from these infusions lasted a few days and shanked.
Normally a series of Iron Infusions works for me, and I’m good for 6 months. However, these infusions didn’t even take.
So from this experience of going to the ER, I learned that the purpose of taking iron is to convert it into hemoglobin in the end. It’s the hemoglobin that I have needed above all else, and my pathways to make it are blocked. All this time the hemoglobin is the liquid gold that I was looking for.
Anyhow, they admitted me into the hospital 20 hours later after being in the ER. Over my entire 48 hour stay in the ER and the hospital, I slept only 2 hours. I was going delirious. I had a noisy roommate in my room who talked to his girlfriend the entire time I was there.
So I got the blood transfusion. They only used one bag. Normally they use two bags of blood when I’ve done them in the past. I thought that maybe the other bag would be coming afterwards.
They tested my Hemoglobin afterwards, and it went up to 7.7. The doctor visits each patient once a day at some point during the day. When he finally came to me, I was like hey, why did you only use one bag of blood?
He told me that there is a major shortage of blood and they are only giving patients one bag each unless there is another problem like internal bleeding.
Well, well, well, lo and behold, in the ER I let the woman stick her finger up my rare end, and internal bleeding was detected.
He said, yeah I know, let me get this approved and it will be here soon. I then got my second bag for the transfusion. This time around, the doctor wanted to wait three hours to retest my hemoglobin. He said that it takes time to build up. Three hours later, they took the hemoglobin test. 2-3 hours after that they finally gave me the results and it was 10.9! That’s still considered a low level but way better. I was excited!
However, for the last 2 days of being there, I only got 2 hours of sleep. I was going delirious, I couldn’t see the benefits I was getting due to lack of sleep.
I finally got home 48 hours later. When I got out of the car, I had to grab my heavy backpack out of the back seat, which had my computer and my iPad in it, I also had to grab a meal from the front seat that they gave me ‘to go’ from the hospital. I had to balance that 3-course meal nicely so it would continue to look good when I gifted it to Angela and the girls. All at the same time, I had to plug in the cord of the used electric car while holding all of that in balance.
Normally, I would be suffering in order to get these easy tasks done. I would normally be getting out of breath with my weak muscles not fully able and willing to handle the task. I forgot how easy tasks like this were until now. For the first time in months, this task was absolutely effortless for me. I couldn’t believe it. I was just so super excited.
So then I got inside and had to put things away. Normally I wouldn’t be looking forward to putting things away, because of being out of breath, lol, but it was no problem this time around.
All this time, I have been looking for this hemoglobin stuff. I’ll tell you right now, living with 7-8 hemoglobin is no walk in the park, and all of these doctors have made me live in this situation for months. I’m pissed, lol. At least I know now. I don’t ever want this to happen again, I tell ya.
I have an appointment with my Hematologist this Monday, yay. I’m going to have a mighty word with him, lol.
If I need to get better, I need to get better. It’s impossible to tell how long that this high hemoglobin level of 10.9 will last for me. It could be two weeks, it could be three months. At this point my iron wont’t convert, and I’m continually dripping microscopic blood. I am approaching 3 weeks of being on Humira. Supposedly it starts working at the 8-12 week mark.
The entire purpose of taking Humira is to get this disease under control, where it takes away the inflammation, which is causing the bleeding. So this drug will hopefully get the bleeding under control, and my Iron will start to finally convert to Hemoglobin again. At least, I think Iron Transfusions will start to work again where I will be sufficient for a much longer period of time.
The day I decided to go to the ER, I also decided to get a ridiculous amount of computer work done. I was sitting on my couch all morning long until it hit like 4pm. I was like, dang, I need to get to that ER. I took a break, bagged my things, showered brushed my teeth and took off to the ER. I continued to do computer work on the ER bed through the entire night into the morning, because it was impossible to sleep. It was crazy.
I was finally submitted into the hospital from the ER. The doctor asked me what I generally ate. When I got to the Milk section of my diet, he stopped and said, doesn’t that make you not feel good as he maneuvered his half closed hand up and down among his digestive tract from his stomach to the colon.
To be honest, this raw milk just goes right through you. I work from home so I can easily get to the bathroom whenever I need to. I’m constantly cleansing myself out with things like this such as milk and juice. For a doctor like him who is out and about all day long, drinking cleansing things like milk and vegetable juice might not be feasible.
So here I was sick on the hospital bed and he was ready to get health advice from me, lol. I could be on my death bed, in my final few days ahead of me, and you’d all still be asking me for health advice. It’s like a candle and a moth flying straight into the flame.
Anyhow, I just found a new product, which is a food, that repairs both the alimentary section of the body (the stomach, duodenum, and small intestines) and the large intestine/colon, and this food has been so recognized from time immemorial.
When I was healthy, I used to hike into the mountains of Ecuador, visiting plantations in order to find the best Cacao, Jungle Peanuts and Superfoods in the world. What I have done here on my computer, in the comfort of my own home, would be like the crocodile Dundee of the Matrix of Internet Gateways as I made my way into small family farms electronically.
So this food, also provides the body with an incredible amount of the best most absorbable iron that you can possibly get, while also stimulating peristalsis. It’s just a miracle product. Not only does it heal the entire digestive tract, but it also provides the system with absorbable Iron, and cleans out constipation through stimulating peristalsis.
Another thing! This new food can be taken in such a high potent dosage, it’s crazy. You guys will freak out once you try it! Anyhow, it’s coming very soon
This new food gives me hope that it may be able to help fix my health situation with the iron, my entire digestive tract, and bleading. I have two 500 gram bags sitting here on my kitchen table right now, and I will be taking this one food for the rest of my days. As soon as I get the mother load, I am grabbing 50 bags. I normally wait for you guys to get what you want first. However, this natural medicine is something that I seriously feel that I need at all times. Don’t worry, I have 2000 units coming.
On top of this, I have a couple of other exciting new products coming in this month.
Anyhow, all of these extended July ‘At-Cost’ specials end tonight.
