I am hoping that they are going to get rid of all the junk in our food.
This has the potential to be a big step forward in fixing our food system.
Yay!
Next on the agenda, I pledged to you guys that 3-5 mind blowing things were coming by the end of the year.
The first announcement was the
miraculous Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar story, and replacement.
Unfortunately, it looks like there are some delays with the rest.
However, one key item is on a boat as we speak headed to the USA.
There is a great chance that it will arrive in the middle of December all going well with FDA inspections, etc.
2 profound announcements, out of 3-5
ain't too shabby, if the 2nd one comes through!
See, people give me estimates, and sometimes they just don't pan out.
The good news is that they are all still in progress, and I'll keep you updated.
Next on the Agenda, you are probably wondering why I haven't given you a health update in quite sometime.
Well, there was a 6 month hiccup that I went through, lol.
I left you off where I went
back on Humira.
As many of you know, I am the head of the 'Alternative Natural Pharmaceutical Drug Rebellion', and when I was feeling better, I came off of the Humira.
Unfortunately, I became very sick again, so I had to get back on it. If you remember, we were checking to see if I built up antibodies to the Humira. When you go off of a Biologic Drug like this, there is a chance that your body will build up antibodies. If that happens, the drug would no
longer work for me.
It was a 3 month process to go through in order to see if I built up antibodies.
Unfortunately, I did. Therefore, for three months I was suffering, not able to walk more than 15 feet without getting out of breath. It was a miserable three months, but it needed to happen.
Before we continue on, I am rocking the house right now with my
health.
I've gained 25-30 pounds back, I am doing crazy yoga stretching, walking two miles a day, and I am determined to become young again. You would not believe how agile I have become considering my circumstances.
Don't get me wrong, I have been in and out of being couch-ridden for five-plus years now. Therefore, I have a lot of rehabilitation to do. It's just pretty
impressive where I've taken this so far.
Some people thought that when I was couch-ridden that I was simply lazy.
That's not true! I was incapable. As soon as I was able, I work it like I am now.
Anyhow, let's rewind back many months to where I discovered that I built up antibodies to the Humira.
After that discovery, I was working with the Mayo Clinic in order to get a new drug since the Humira didn't work.
It literally
took 3 months to get approved for the new drug that I am on. It's called Stelara.
I almost lost my mind with the Mayo Clinic. The delays while I was unable to function in life drove me nuts. One example is that the Mayo Clinic couldn't get a fax to go through to the insurance company for an entire week. I had to call daily the insurance company and the Mayo Clinic in order to coordinate this. I just had to hold the Mayo Clinics hand through the entire
process as I pushed to get a new biologic drug.
Other examples on why it took three months was the Mayo Clinic would choose a drug for me. The insurance company sent a denial letter with many other biologic drugs that they would accept. However, the Mayo Clinic had to appeal. Once denied again, they would choose even a different drug not on the list. Meanwhile, I had to meet with doctors in order to go over these choices. It was just a week delay here, and a week delay
there for three months straight.
Meanwhile, I was endlessly suffering. It ended up being six months of suffering like this, not able to walk half the distance in my house without getting out of breath and needing a break.
They did get what I think is the best drug so it ended up all ok. I couldn't believe it when the insurance company approved this second appeal.
You guys, I'm like a spiritual uncontrollable stallion that needed to be put down in
order to function in properly this world. Six months of extreme suffering; it worked!
Anyhow, now I am just on fire, and I am at where I am supposed to be at.
I'm planning to make a huge come back here sooner or later.
I'm consuming crazy amounts of Carrot Juice and Raw Goat Milk.
I know that I mentioned to you guys that I was drinking Raw Cow's Milk. Therefore, I feel the need to explain the
following.
Raw Cow's milk ended up being too mucus forming.
Raw Goat's milk on the other hand, is actually compatible with human digestion.
If consumed raw, Goat's Milk is not mucus forming.
Furthermore, the goat is probably the cleanest animal we have. Its eliminative organs are close to perfect. Hence her disposition is friendly—almost loving. Her milk has a vastly higher vibration than cow's milk.
Besides being the cleanest
of animals, goats are virtually free from tuberculosis, brucellosis and others of the ailments which afflict the cow. The quality of goat's milk is far superior to that of a cow's because it is naturally homogenous. It has more nonprotein nitrogen, its proteins are of better quality, and it has much higher amounts of niacin and thiamine than almost any other food or product. Thiamine is one of the most important of the B-complex vitamins involved in all of life's vital processes from birth to
the grave. Goat's milk abounds in thiamine.
Remember, it has to be raw for the ultimate benefit. If pasteurized goat's milk is fed to the kids of the goat, they will likely be dead within six months.
Moving on, in that last month of the six months of suffering, I ended up going to the ER twice. On my second visit they decided to give me prednisone.
I remembered back in the day, I told myself that if I ever fall into a
rut again, just to go on 5mg of prednisone, and I'll be fine and happy. However, it just left my consciousness, and I ended up suffering not able to walk more than half the distance of my house, for six months straight. Again, I almost lost my mind, lol.
Immediately I got better with the Prednisone from the ER. I quickly went down to 5mg's of prednisone as fast as I could, and I've been doing great on it.
Why on earth didn't anyone give me this drug before? I
suffered for 6 months, and nobody thought to give me the low dose prednisone. If I got this drug, I would not have suffered for 6 months straight like I did.
It was weird, as soon as the ER recommended it and gave me prednisone, everyone started trying to give me Prednisone in order to help me until I got approved for a new drug. I also thought of the idea to go on prednisone right before this ER visit. Why didn't the doctors prescribe it before when I was suffering for 6 months, and why
was it erased from my consciousness. After the ER gave me Prednisone, the Mayo Clinic Prescribed it, another GI doctor prescribed it, and even my Primary doctor gave me some.
I'm telling you, I was meant to go through what I went through, and it was hidden from all.
I know there are side effects. However, that low dose isn't going to cause too many problems, especially because those side effects are nothing
compared to the damage from the malnourishment I go through without it.
Without it, even iron infusions won't fix my hemoglobin levels. A set of iron infusions is supposed to take care of a person with their iron levels for an entire year. For me, it wouldn't even last a week. My protein, sodium, iron, calcium, becomes dangerously low to the point where I even developed osteoporosis, which is unheard of in a man my age. I was completely malnourished.
Anyhow, since I'm on this new
drug Stelara, I'm supposed to attempt to come off of Prednisone over the next month. I go down to 2.5mg tomorrow. It will be a dream come true if this Stelara kicks in and works for me. It actually may be that drug, and not the prednisone that is doing all the work. I gained 25 pounds since I started taking the Stelara. We will find out soon.
I've only been on Stelara for 6 weeks now, and it takes time to kick in. They then have to determine if they have to up the dosage for
me.
I'm just happy that I can survive well on only 5mg of prednisone as a back up just in case. It's kind of like I'm healed, because I have an ongoing solution for the rest of my life if I need it.
I am doing so freaking good right now. Everyone around me is just so happy for me. They see my ongoing smile.
I'm so curious how far I can take my body back to health and becoming younger. I've got the
stretching down real good, and I'm now working on strengthening my legs, etc. I simply just sit on the couch and stand up a few times as my squats, lol. Rehabilitation is going to take time. I had some physical therapy, and they are helping me with this.
I know that I shouldn't overdo it. I do advanced stretching, because I have so much experience with it. I'm avoiding strengthening moves like warrior poses, but I'm doing good with other poses. I loosened up to be
agile enough in order to avoid back and neck injury. I had a couple of scares, but it ended up fine. It's scary going from nothing and getting to this agile point without injury. It's pretty cool being this agile again.
I also keep in mind that Prednisone makes you like Superman. However, it's only 5mg. However again, I'm so sensitive to things, which makes that a pretty big deal. In the past, going down to 2.5mg brought the
condition back. However, we are hoping the Stelara kicks in to where that doesn't happen.
I'm also worried that my body might become achy from this exercising when I come off, lol. However, fasting recovers the body fast.
I may go on a Raw Goat Milk and Carrot Juice fast when I come off of the Prednisone completely to aid me in that process. The goal is to be off of prednisone by the middle of December.
Now that we are all caught up, I will keep you posted
monthly. You guys, I was just in such bad shape for those six months, I just didn't want to deal.
