Another herb, Ashwagandha, is also on special this month. Ashwagandha is the most powerful adaptogen on the planet. It helps to modulate or control the HPA access, which is the communication between the Hypothalamus, Pituitary, and your Adrenals, hence HPA (Hypothalamus, Pituitary, Adrenals). For example, at the clinical study here, Ashwagandha can help reduce cortisol. In that same study Aswhghanda showed significant improvements in emotions. Therefore, Ashwagandha has the potential to bring you up, so you are not stuck in this stressed state. The beauty of this adaptogen Ashwagandha, is that it focuses on increasing your resistance to stress, hopefully giving you a higher quality of life.

Now moving on to Calcium L-Threonate, which is also on special. Calcium L-Threonate was developed for the treatment of osteoporosis, and used in the treatment of calcium deficiency. The mechanisms of how this Calcium L-Threonate works, is unlike any other calcium on the market.
