Hey Everyone!
Our Sunflower Lecithin has
many miraculous benefits like you would not believe.
It could be the nutrient, which helps us to avoid senility in old age, and protect our gut unlike anything else available. There is even so much more than that, including being the #1 Spiritual Nutrient available to man. We are going to dive into it all today and tomorrow.
Last time, due to the Ukraine and Russia war, the price of Sunflower Lecithin had skyrocketed. If you remember, we
went with the non-organic version, which was still organic. This helped to lower the price $10 per bag.
Now that things have calmed down, we are now back to the Certified Organic Sunflower Lecithin.
Now let's get into how miraculous this Organic Sunflower Lecithin is.
Firstly, lecithin is the most pure organic source of dietary choline. Although different, many people and studies use the terms Lecithin and choline interchangeably. In fact,
taking lecithin has been shown to produce relatively greater and more sustained levels of choline than taking a choline supplement by itself. The key here is that you are getting absorbable choline and organic phospholipids, which is actually useable by the brain, glands, and body. This super fresh Organic Sunflower Lecithin that we have for you today, is perfect for the job.
Choline is considered an essential nutrient. It is critical for our brains and can help us to
avoid Alzheimer's.
In fact, lecithin is a major precursor to the number one brain neurotransmitter Acetylcholine, which is involved in learning and memory.
At the clinical study here, lecithin increases choline plasma by 2x’s or more in the human body. In contrast, choline deficient diets lead to a reduction of the
choline plasma levels by about 50%. This study goes on to say, “Choline is considered an essential nutrient, which is predominantly supplied as phosphatidylcholine (lecithin). For a long time, neuroscientists have been intrigued by the fact that choline is a precursor for the biosynthesis of both acetylcholine (ACh) and phospholipids. For 50 years, lecithin has been marketed in Europe as a drug that was claimed to prevent exhaustion of membrane phospholipids in the Central Nervous System and
therefore could reinforce “neuronal strength”."
If we are deficient in choline/lecithin, then our acetylcholine neurotransmitters are going to be lacking in their required precursor building blocks. Remember, Acetylcholine transmits nerve impulses and is essential for optimal brain function, learning, and memory.
Another study here, actually found that a higher
intake of choline was linked to improved cognitive function.
At another study here, they showed that choline supplementation helped improve memory function in older adults with poor memory.
Lastly, at the study here, it's titled "Natural lecithin promotes neural network complexity
and activity", and it shares how lecithin is rich in various fatty acids that have been shown to support nervous system function and structure, including enhancing neuronal development.
Now lets move on and talk about how Sunflower Lecithin is extremely beneficial for the gut.
Firstly, Sunflower Lecithin is extremely gentle on the system. It kind of reminds me of Slippery Elm Bark in some way. However, what it does for our gut is so much more.
As seen at the clinical study
here, Lecithin was shown to account for more than 70% of the total phospholipids within the intestinal mucus layer. Therefore, Sunflower Lecithin helps in forming the protective barrier of our intestines, in order to prevent the invasion of harmful bacteria. This would be incredibly beneficial for Ulcerative Colitis, IBD patients, and even leaky gut.
In fact, according to this study above,
the mucus content of this phospholipid barrier is decreased by about 70 percent in those with ulcerative colitis, potentially opening the door to dangerous microbes and increasing the risk of intestinal inflammation. They had success supplementing with lecithin substituting the missing mucus phosphatidylcholine content in Ulcerative Colitis. They now await a phase III authority drug approval trial.
A second trial here, with 60 chronic-active, steroid-dependent Ulcerative Colitis patients was conducted to test for steroid-sparing effects. 50% of the Lecithin-treated patients achieved remission getting off of steroids completely. Only 10% of the Placebo group had this type of remission. They concluded that the reduction of lecithin in the colonic mucus protective barrier may be a key pathogenetic feature of Ulcerative Colitis. Supplementation of Lecithin
by a delayed-released oral Lecithin preparation is effective in resolving inflammatory activity of Ulcerative Colitis, and may develop to a first-choice therapy for this disease.
To sum it all up, Lecithin’s properties improves the mucus protective layer in our intestines. This makes the digestive process easier, and protects the delicate lining of our digestive system. Even if you don’t have ulcerative colitis, you might want to consider using lecithin if you have irritable bowel
syndrome, or another condition that affects your digestive process.
While Sunflower Lecithin benefits everyone, it is especially critical for Vegans and Vegetarians to take due to its high Choline content.
Choline is one of the most critical nutrients that I made sure to take daily when I was on a Raw Vegan Diet. I wanted to make sure that I was feeding my brain this essential nutrient. As you will see below, it is not easy to get your daily
intake of Choline on a Vegan or Vegetarian diet.
The recommended daily value of choline is 550mg's per day of this essential nutrient. For people who eat eggs, this is somewhat easy to obtain.
However, if you are on a vegan diet, it's much more difficult.
Below is a list of all the top Choline-rich foods on a vegan diet.
The top two items are 1 cup of Soy Milk providing 57.3mg of choline, and a Large Red Potato providing 56.5mg of choline. You could eat one of those 10 times a day to get your choline, lol. There are lots of foods, but the choline levels just plummets down after these top two foods.
The beauty of our Sunflower Lecithin is that one tablespoon has about 120 mg's of Choline. That goes way
beyond any other vegan food. Furthermore, it is the most absorbable choline food available, and will help you reach your choline goals much more easily. To help you with more perspective, one egg has about 147 mg of's Choline. Therefore, one tablespoon of Sunflower Lecithin almost equals about one egg.
Even if you are not Vegan, I highly recommend consuming our Sunflower Lecithin.
While the choline content is extraordinarily high in eggs, the organic phosphorus
content is much lower in eggs compared to Sunflower Lecithin.
One heaping tablespoon of Sunflower Lecithin contains about 270mg of Organic Phosphorus, while one egg only contains about 95mg's of Organic Phosphorus.
It's the organic Phosphorous, which is the number one "Spiritual Nutrient" available to man, which we are going to discuss tomorrow. Just keep in mind that Lecithin is more abundant in the pineal gland than
anywhere else in the body. We will also be diving into the concept of "Spooky Actions at a Distance", which was termed by Albert Einstein.
Have you ever wondered about the unexplained phenomenas such as the '100th Monkey Effect', Emoto's experiments where our mind can alter the molecule formation of water, helping to heal a person from a distance, the healthy growth of plants through human loving intention, sensing someone looking at you, and so
much more?
As you will learn tomorrow, the organic phosphorous from lecithin may be the very fuel that fires off the invisible neurons, which enables the human species to perform these "Spooky Actions at a Distance".
Tomorrow, I will be sharing links to a handful of old school books from the most cutting edge Dr's of the mid 1900's. These books are hosted for free online. I feel that these old school books are where it's at.
In today's day
and age, there isn't much data out there on phosphorus, and I think it's because "they" are trying to dumb us down. However, back then Phosphorous was touted as the most critical nutrient for keeping us from going senile, and for keeping our endocrine glands in a state of equilibrium avoiding things like hypothyroidism.
They also discuss how it decalcifies the body of calcium buildup and how you need phosphorus for creating thoughts. An age old term written in
multiple of these old school books was, "No Phosphorus, No Thoughts". They show that the more learned you are, the more phosphorus you have in your brain. Again, if you think about it, it's even the precursor to Acetylcholine, the main neurotransmitter in the brain.
Anyhow, we are going to go into great detail tomorrow hitting all of the mind blowing spiritual aspects of this critical superfood, Sunflower Lecithin. It's a long Newsletter, but if you make it
to the halfway point, your jaw will most likely drop down to the ground as your eyes pop out of your head. Kind of like how Bugs Bunny stares at the Bunny Girl walking by him, lol.
Anyhow, now back to the basics, Sunflower Lecithin is really easy to consume.
It's great in smoothies, because of the texture that it produces. It acts as an emulsifier. It enables fat and water to mix, which keeps the ingredients from separating. This can make your smoothie
ultra-creamy, and in some cases it can give it an almost fluffy texture. Many raw food chefs love to use Sunflower Lecithin in recipes, because of its emulsifying capabilities.
Anyhow, we've got our very fresh Organic Sunflower Lecithin available for you on special today for only $22.95 each when you get a 3-pack.
