Hey Everyone!
Due to popular request, I’ve
literally had people begging, our Sprouted Buckwheat is back and available now ‘At-Cost’.
These bad boys were just sprouted last week. Therefore they are super fresh.
We have them on special for only $10.95 each when you get a 3-pack.
Why is Sprouted Buckwheat so special?
During the sprouting process, the enzymes in the buckwheat become activated, making it much easier on our bodies to digest and absorb the nutrients. Sprouting also enhances
the nutrient content, increasing its levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
One of the key benefits of sprouted buckwheat is its high protein content, which is twice of that of oatmeal. Protein is essential for repairing and building tissues, promoting healthy hair and nails, and supporting overall growth and development. Incorporating sprouted buckwheat into your meals can help you meet your daily protein requirements in a plant-based and nutrient-dense way.
Our Sprouted
Buckwheat is also gluten-free. It is filled with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. These minerals include magnesium, copper, zinc, manganese, iron, and phosphorus.
This Sprouted Buckwheat was just freshly made last week, and it tastes great. It’s so nice to have Sprouted Buckwheat made for you, so you don’t have to do the work of sprouting it.
It tastes really fresh and crunchy. It’s not bitter like other grains out there, such as sprouted millet and oats. It will become softer
as you chew it. It’s nice and nutty so it can be used for so many dishes.
With our Sprouted Buckwheat, you can make really delicious Raw Cereals. You can also add it to salads, put it on yogurt, use it as a base for a hearty stir-fry, add it to smoothies to get a crunch, and even blend it into a breakfast porridge.
When I was researching it on the internet, one woman said that she paired it with a big spoonful of creamy coconut yogurt, almond butter, heaps of berries, and a touch
of maple syrup.
Another woman wrote, “I love to have it for breakfast, topped with vegan yogurt or dairy-free milk, fresh seasonal fruit, and some seeds like pumpkin or sunflower seeds.”
It's also one of those breakfast foods that travels really well. For example, you could easily bring it to work in a jar. You can even have it ready for the next day to eat it in the car. Simply Layer fruit, yogurt and nut butter in a jar, and place it in the fridge overnight, in the morning
top it with some freshly sprouted buckwheat and you are good to go.
We've got our Sprouted Buckwheat for only $10.95 each when you get a 3-pack.
