believe what we've stumbled upon here!
These new Egg White Noodles are a super cool invention.
It's just made with 3 simple ingredients; egg whites, water, and a pinch (less than 1%) of algae extract (Sodium Alginate) to achieve the perfect texture.
The Sodium Alginate is actually the same exact ingredient that they use in Kelp
Noodles.
It helps give these Egg White Noodles and the Kelp Noodles that spaghetti texture.
In fact, egg white noodles are very similar to Kelp Noodles in how they are super easy to use.
You just drain out the water and that’s it. You can then just mix them with whatever you want. It could be handy for people on the go. If you want, you can heat them up as you will
see further below.
The company's name is Miracle Noodle, which is quite understandable. These Egg White Noodles are literally a Miracle for people who want pasta, but don’t want any carbs, and a bunch more protein.
I gave Angela a bag and this is what she had to say about them.
"It’s really interesting, it doesn’t taste anything
like eggs, not much of a taste. It's kind of like a blank canvas, just like if you ate rice noodles or plain pasta. It's the same kind of texture as if you were eating any of the regular kinds of noodles."
What's really cool is that these Egg White Noodles perfectly pick up and enhance the flavors of the sauce that you are using, with no weird aftertaste. It's also just the right soft and bouncy texture, which can
satisfy any noodle craving. They even pass the pasta slurp test with flying colors.
You can also heat them up in a pan with butter or whatnot, and mix them with your favorite ingredients.
In fact, one popular Keto Chef YouTuber made Spaghetti and Meatballs with them. She stated, "There is nothing more comforting than a big bowl of spaghetti and meatballs."
