Hey Everyone,
Lately, many people have been
asking me how to take all of the different Superfoods and Supplements they have. They say that it could be a little overwhelming so I thought I would share everything that I take in a day and how I take it.
Firstly, I will not take the juice powders along with anything that has fiber in it, otherwise it’s somewhat defeating its purpose. Getting this molecular nutrition
without the fiber, is what makes it absorb so well. It enables all of the nutrition from these juice powders to be 100% utilized for the regeneration of our cells and tissues.
The only other supplements that I would consider taking with the juice powders are liquid supplements without fiber. I personally have no problem taking my juices powders with Quintessential, which is a mineral
supplement that is just a special liquid (ocean water). You can also take the juice powders with the liquid Orgono Silica, or any of our Ionic Angstrom Minerals, which are all liquid.
Systemic enzymes should also be taken on an empty stomach. Not are they only void of fiber, but they are negative in fiber, lol. They disappear and dissolve solid garbage with it.
Here is what I
personally take in a day.
In the morning I drink 32oz of water. I add Quintessential to my distilled water and I add a couple of teaspoons of our Lemon Juice Powder. Yes, the lemon juice powder is super intense, but I love that intensity.
30 minutes later, I make 16 - 20oz of freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice. I like to add a Quintessential to that too. I just love
the taste of this morning citrus juice going down. Therefore, I add equal amounts of the Truly Raw Coconut Water to make it last longer. With the coconut water added, I get to drink 32-40oz of it! So good!
In the beginning of taking sips of this citrus juice, I take some of our B12 Probiotics. It’s always great to get absorbable B12. Our B12 Probiotics are just one ingredient.
They are super fresh and vibrant that they almost burn with life force. As shown in studies, the B12 Probiotics are also majorly beneficial for the colon, and has been shown to be incredible for Ulcerative Colitis patients. It’s just perfect for me.
Then in between the sips of the rest of my citrus juice, I’ll take 1-3 spoonfuls directly into my mouth of our Tart Cherry Juice Powder and
sometimes our Grapefruit Juice powder. It’s 1-3 spoonfuls in total, and not in between each sip. The powder takes time to go down when put directly into your mouth like this, and I like washing it down slowly with the citrus juice.
I’d say about 1-2 hours later I will make fresh carrot juice in my Dynapro Blender. Each batch makes about 72oz or so. I’ll drink about 40oz+ and save the rest for an hour or two later. I don’t
take anything with the first glass of vegetable juice, because it’s super fresh and vibrant. However, for the second glass of juice, it’s been sitting around for two hours.
Therefore, I add another Quintessential to it, and I’ll drink it with our truly raw Vegetable Juice Powders. Here too, I take the spoonfuls of juice powders in between sips and let the carrot juice wash it down. I switch up the juices
powders each time in order to get a wide array of different nutrients and bio-active compounds that produce different reactions in the human body.
For example, I love the beet juice powder for its nitrates, which converts to Nitric Oxide in the acidic stomach. It’s also loaded with Betaines which miraculously converts into SAMe within the body. Another example, I love our broccoli
juice powder, which I have a sample of and is coming soon, because it activates ‘Detoxification Phase II’ Enzymes. The broccoli juice powder also converts into DIM in the human body.
Each raw living juice powder gives you a different set of nutrients and bio-active compounds, which produces the most fascinating positive reactions in the human body. Once our new Broccoli Juice Powder and our new Golden Beet Juice Powder
arrives, I will go into all of the details at that time. These tidbits of information above about these two new juice powers are just the tip of the iceberg. The Golden Beet Juice Powder is probably 2-3 months out. The Broccoli Juice Powder is up in the air, but will be sooner than the Golden Beet Juice Powder.
I just won’t mix these juice powders with anything that has
fiber in it.
If I have time, I may make another vegetable juice and do the same thing with the Juice Powders again.
I know most people won’t want to put Superfoods directly into their mouth like me. If you don’t like the taste of something, or if you simply just want to get it down fast, you can put Superfoods into a shot glass of water, and just shoot it down. If you like the taste, you can put it
in more water. You can even put a lot of these superfoods and supplements in a smoothie.
However, during the day, I personally don’t take any superfoods or supplements that have fiber or take a long time to digest.
I only eat one solid meal a day at night. Right before I start eating, I will take a few spoonfuls of our Sunflower Lecithin. I literally just put it directly into my mouth and chew on it until it goes
down. It’s so good to me. I take it, because it’s a precursor to Acetylcholine, a precursor to the mucosal lining of the colon, and it’s the highest source of organic phosphorous. That organic phosphorus at these levels can literally turn you into a super man if you don’t waste the phosphorus through other bodily processes, which I mentioned in my newsletter titled, “The Number one Spiritual Nutrient”. Any other Superfoods that I take that has fiber, I take with this meal. For example, I sprinkle our Brown Seaweed Extract on top of my food. It has a good salty taste. As crazy as this sounds, I add the Phycocyanin extract to my Raw Goat Milk during this meal, turning it bright blue, lol. The Phycocyanin is so good and
almost has a sweet taste to it. I still have some of the Marine Phytoplankton stocked up before the pricing went haywire. I’ve been taking that too with my dinner lately.
I’ve refused to purchase that Marine Phytoplankton from our supplier at 6x’s the price. It’s totally not worth it. I have a feeling he’s going to come back to me at some point somewhat soon offering me much better pricing, but
we’ll see. Calcium L-threonate you’d want to take with food as it will absorb better. Taking Magtein in the morning and before bed are good if you take that.
It doesn’t hurt putting juice powders in a smoothie that has fiber. You’ll still get some benefit, but I personally wouldn’t waste it in there.
Things that would be perfect in a smoothie would be acai powder, maqui powder, moringa powder, sea buckthorn berry powder, dual
extract mushrooms, aguaje, chlorella, spirulina, MCT oil Powder, medicinal herbs, pine pollen, maca, camu powder, acerola cherry powder, raw chocolate, mesquite, lucuma, vanilla powder, ceylon cinnamon, all the fruit powders, and any of those superfoods that I take with food mentioned above.
All of these superfoods above can be taken with a meal or in a smoothie. Our Unfortified Nutritional Yeast is also great to sprinkle on top of food. It tastes
cheesy and so good.
You can also take a lot of these Superfoods that have fiber on an empty stomach if you like. I just wouldn’t take them with the Juice Powders. It would actually be a good idea to take the sea buckthorn berry powder, Dual Extract Mushrooms, medicinal herbs, phycocyanin, chlorella, Spirulina, pine pollen, camu Powder, and acerola cherry powder on an empty stomach.
Personally, with all the juicing
I do throughout the day, I’d prefer to stick to our potent juice powders, which are so so beneficial. This is why I personally take everything else with my food.
However, if you have extra free space during the day when you have an empty stomach, these superfoods in the paragraph above are super great to take on an empty stomach. Ideally, I would try to squeeze our super absorbable Vitamin D3/K2 in one of these extra free
spaces when you have an empty stomach.
Since our Vitamin D3K2 uses that super absorbable natural Vitamin E carrier, which hospitals use to enhance absorption, you can take it with other things that you want to absorb really well too. For example, I used to have iron issues, so I would take our Vitamin D3K2 with my iron supplement.
Saw Palmetto and Sunflower Lecithin can also be taken on an empty
stomach, and you may feel their power. However, there is fat involved in their digestion so it may take up that 2 hour window for it to digest. I personally take them with food.
You could take our carrot juice powder with Algaes such as Phycocyanin, Chlorella, and Spirulina, and get great benefit. However, they are not juices, and I would rather just take it with Alfalfa Juice Powder, if I am going
to do that. However, if you are going to take phycocyanin on an empty stomach anyhow, it would be stellar to take it with our Carrot Juice Powder to get a massive beneficial synergistic effect.
Due to the crazy amounts of vitamins and nutrition that our Carrot Juice Powder has, it has a powerful synergistic effect with no matter what you take. If you can
afford it, then it's definitely beneficial to take it with whatever and whenever.
I personally take what I believe to be the most beneficial Superfoods available to man. I simply just fly on all of these Superfoods, and I absolutely love it!
However, as I shared in a recent Newsletter, “above all Superfoods is Diet.”
If I simply mess up on my diet in the slightest
way, I’ve got pain for days.
Superfoods are great, but nothing replaces the power of what a really good diet can do for you above all else. Superfoods are secondary compared to diet.

I know that I am probably forgetting a million things here, and I’ll regret it later. If you see something missing here, just write it off as one of these regrets of mine.
One last thing that I want to share is how much to take of everything.
I personally never go by the suggested dosage on the label. I consider them just as guidelines and a good starting point.
For example, the dosage
for many of the juice powders is a teaspoon. However, I just love the carrot juice powder so much I’ll take many teaspoons at one time (even 2 tablespoons!) It’s simply just a food and is pure nutrition.
However, I am way more sensitive to Medicinal Herbs compared to most people, so I would start out with way below the recommended dosage. For medicinal herbs, I would personally start out with 1/8 to 1/4
teaspoon.
I know people that are not sensitive to medicinal herbs like me, and take it by the spoonful.
Everyone is completely different and is sensitive to different things.
If you don’t know what dosage to start at simply take the recommended dosage on the bag and take it day by day.
If you, for example, feel that 1 teaspoon is not enough for a particular superfood, take it twice a day or
up it to 2 teaspoon. If it seems like it's too much, then lower the dosage to 1/2 teaspoon for example. You’ve got to take it into your own hands as nobody knows better than your own intuition.
So that was my overview on how to take the majority of the products on our website. I hope that was helpful. If I missed anything above, just throw it into the fiber section, void of fiber section, or contains fat
with longer digestion times section, lol.
