I've been Superfood Hunting through the valleys and mountains for ages now in order to find more.
Lo and behold, I found a new source! Furthermore, this particular Euglena seems to be a better quality in taste and texture.
It's the same exact Euglena gracilis strain cultivated on the pristine Ishigaki Island of Japan. It’s part of Okinawa Prefecture, which
is one of the world's five "Blue Zones," renowned for its exceptionally high concentration of centenarians, with rates up to 68 per 100,000 residents, far exceeding global averages. The region's clean subtropical air, abundant sunshine, unpolluted waters, and nutrient-rich environment (e.g., from coral reefs) contribute to this longevity.

What's unique about Euglena is that it's an Algae that is loaded with bioactive polysaccharide beta-glucans, which is the same component in mushrooms that is responsible for boosting the immune system. Normally, we would have to turn to mushrooms in order to get beta-glucans, such as Reishi or Chaga. However, with the discovery of this new Algae called Euglena, we can
now get the highest amount of beta-glucans ever seen in any single food.
What's crazy is that Euglena has a beta-glucan content greater than 45%! This means that when you take our Euglena, at least 45% of that powder that you ingest, is literally beta-glucans. This is unheard of. We literally just take the bulk Euglena ingredient, and throw it in a jar with zero other
ingredients (fillers). The majority of other companies don’t do this with their products.
On top of that, research shows a digestive absorption rate on Euglena at 93.1%! That digestive absorption rate is absolutely insane, and that is why so many people are getting such
absurd results with the Euglena as you will see further below. What's absolutely crazy is that researchers found that Euglena gracilis has a cell wall made of paramylon beta-glucan granules, not cellulose, which makes it easier to digest compared to other mushrooms and algae's like chlorella or spirulina (which have tough cell walls). It is the only species of micro-algae, whose cells have a
cell membrane instead of a cell wall, and that is one of the reasons why it has such a high absorption rate.
So, Euglena is an extremely bioavailable nutritious algae that has 59 types of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, all of the amino acids, and unsaturated fatty acids.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of using Mushrooms in order to get these polysaccharide beta-glucans. However,
we’ve found something that I feel is miraculously more effective, within the Algae Species realm.
One of the main reasons that people cherish our Euglena Powder is for what it does for our Skins immunity, which I have never even heard of happening with a mushroom. In fact, in Japan, they have made an entire industry of Euglena Beauty Skin Products due to this.
At the clinical study here, Euglena was added to skin fibroblasts through immune support pathways. Euglena doesn’t only boost your skin immunity, but obviously your entire immune system extremely well.
In the clinical study here, a Euglena, containing greater than 45% Beta-Glucans, just like ours was used. The endurance-trained participants reported fewer sick days, fewer upper respiratory tract infections, fewer symptom days, fewer episodes, and lower global severity measured as area under curve for Upper Respiratory Tract
Infection symptoms per person compared to placebo. At the same time, other studies have found it helps to lower inflammation in the lungs of influenza virus-infected subjects; coupled with its ability to lower virus load.

discovered.

At the study on Euglena here, they researched its impact on sleep quality in men under stress. Researchers actually measured brain wave patterns to track sleep depth
(light, deep, and REM) and analyzed heart rate variability to evaluate autonomic nervous system balance. The results were remarkable: those taking Euglena experienced a significant increase in the number of measured deep sleep occurrences, and greater overall satisfaction with their rest, with benefits reversing once intake stopped. The heart rate variability that was monitored showed that Euglena intake helped regulate the balance between the
sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, which is often disrupted during stress. Scientists believe this improvement stems from Euglena’s ability to support the autonomic nervous system, reducing irritability and tension that interfere with restorative rest.
