I discovered this product back in my earlier Raw
Foodist days. I was eating chlorella and other green food powders straight from the spoon, and they stained my teeth. However, I thought that my teeth had rotted from the inside out, and I thought that my life was completely over. Regular brushing would not remove these stains.
This is when I stumbled upon this Gentle Scrub, which took the green food stains away naturally in an instant. I
spent ten to fifteen minutes non-stop just using it on my teeth. When I was done, my teeth had never been more white than this from simply removing all of the stains. I looked in the mirror and I couldn't believe my eyes. It was a major sigh of relief.
The Gentle Scrub only contains two ingredients; Coral calcium from the Caribbean, and bicarbonate of soda. The active ingredient that cleans and
whitens the teeth is the coral calcium from the Caribbean.
The calcium just magically cleans the stains from your teeth. Again, I'm not guaranteeing that it's going to remove coffee stains from the coffee that you have been drinking since you were 18 years old. Nevertheless, we build up a yellow layer on the top of our teeth from eating even healthy foods that an electric toothbrushing won’t remove. However, when you use the electric
toothbrush with this product, it will just wipe it away.
This Gentle Scrub contains zero abrasives, and gently removes color from the food deposited on your teeth.
On top of all that, this Gentle Scrub neutralizes acids in the mouth and bathes the teeth in calcium. It’s pretty special all that this tooth product does.
When you use the Gentle Scrub, you want
to use it with a fully charged electric toothbrush like a Sonicare. That is what I use. I don't think I could endure doing it without an electric toothbrush, and I am confident that it wouldn't work nearly as well, or if at all. Using it with the electric toothbrush is key.
First, you put your regular toothpaste on the electric toothbrush, and then put a couple of pinches of this Gentle Scrub powder all over the toothpaste. I also put
some of the powder directly onto the teeth that I am working on.
Now, the first time you use this, you probably want to do a thorough cleaning. In this case, you’ll use the Gentle Scrub multiple times in one go. If you are just doing a regular maintenance cleaning, then you probably just have to use the Gentle Scrub once or twice.
However, on the first time, and whenever you are doing a thorough
cleaning, put the Gentle Scrub on your Toothpaste and start cleaning the front of your four front teeth. Keep the electric tooth brush directly on those teeth for a really long time as it just scrubs away.
Next, I rinse my mouth, add more toothpaste and more of the Gentle Scrub to my electric toothbrush. I then expand out from those front four teeth to the others. I repeat this process multiple times
until I get all of my teeth.
I just like to have this product on hand for whenever I need it. I'll pretty much use it whenever I want my teeth to look super duper white.
I do believe that every one of you should notice some kind or results, whether it is just a little bit or more extreme due to certain things that you may eat.
