Hey Everyone!
Remember when I went out to
visit Liquadry, the amazing supplier behind our truly raw juice powders?
I’m finally wrapping up the edits from that incredible trip, and I’m so excited to start sharing it with you.
Today, I’ve got a brand-new video with Stuart (the mastermind behind Liquadry) and me as we tour his lush, mineral-rich alfalfa fields in Utah. We walk the land, talk about what makes this region so special, and
dive deep into why this alfalfa is unlike anything else out there.
I’ve got even more videos coming soon from this rare, mineral-rich region in Utah where Liquadry grows their crops. You’ve heard me talk about this location before, but when you actually see it on video, it becomes real — and honestly, pretty mind-blowing. I’ve got 1–2 hours of beautifully edited footage coming, and it
almost feels like a documentary. We start at the mineral-dense volcanic deposits, then hike into the mountains to find the source of the river that nourishes this incredible land.
In these videos, you’ll also get a sense of just how extraordinary this region really is. It feels like you’re standing inside a giant natural bowl, completely surrounded by mountains in every direction. Long ago, this “bowl” was filled by ancient Lake Bonneville, which
eventually drained into Idaho. Because the lake had no outlet, it acted as a massive natural mineral concentrator—rivers carried minerals down from the mountains, the water slowly evaporated, and what remained were incredibly rich mineral deposits layered into the land.
I’ll take you through several of these ancient geological areas and show you exactly how this landscape was formed. You’ll see volcanic rocks scattered throughout the
valley—some of them absolutely massive—and learn how runoff over thousands of years continued to deliver even more minerals to this enclosed basin. All of this created one of the most mineral-dense environments on Earth, something that only exists in two places worldwide.
All of those videos are coming soon… but today, I’m starting with the alfalfa video. When you watch it, you’ll see what I mean
— it literally feels like you’re walking on mineral salts with every step.
The population in this region is only around 3,000–5,000 people, depending on how wide an area you count. In the video below, you’ll see Stuart and me talking about something Angela and I were really curious about: why there were hay bales literally everywhere.
He explained that it’s all alfalfa — and not just any alfalfa.
The alfalfa from this valley has a worldwide reputation for being some of the best in the world. The reason? The mineral density of the soil dramatically improves the “feed efficiency,” meaning animals get more nutritional value per bite because of this rare mineral-rich environment.
Companies from all over the globe come to this valley specifically for this alfalfa. It’s used to feed elite racehorses,
prized Arabian horses, and even to produce exceptionally high-quality beef in Japan. This isn’t just local agriculture — this valley exports alfalfa worldwide.
And as you’ll see in the video below, the landscape is absolutely covered in hay bales as far as you can see. It’s wild.
I was telling Stuart how Angela had been chatting with some of the locals, asking what people do for a living in this fascinating region.
They mentioned Liquadry (which made us laugh), and they also told her that one of the major cheese production hubs in the country is right here. A huge amount of the packaged cheese — the shredded and sliced kind you see in stores across the U.S. — is produced in this area.
In the video below, Stuart explains why. Because the alfalfa grown here is so mineral-rich, this valley supports a lot of dairies. And when you have strong dairy
production, you naturally get beef feed lots and other related industries. This is also where well-known cheese factories like Cache Valley Cheese operate. The milk they get here is exceptionally rich thanks to the powerful nutritional profile of the alfalfa — and that translates directly into incredibly high-quality dairy products.
Now you can probably imagine why our Alfalfa Juice Powder is truly one of the most
nourishing foods on the planet — and here’s why.
This region isn’t just mineral-rich on the surface; it’s layered with minerals hundreds of feet deep, thanks to volcanic deposits, ancient Lake Bonneville, and thousands of years of watershed runoff. That means the plants growing here have access to a vast, natural mineral reservoir unlike almost anywhere else on Earth.
Dr. Norman Walker — the pioneer of vegetable
juicing who lived to nearly 100 — wrote in his book that “Alfalfa is one of the richest sources of trace elements we have,” explaining that its roots can reach 30 to 100 feet deep, pulling precious minerals from far beneath the soil.
So when alfalfa grows in this extraordinary region, its deep roots are literally pulling minerals every inch along their 30–100 foot length from this ancient, mineral-rich bed. In the
video below, Stuart explains that this is exactly why they choose to grow here.
This is why the milk here is so rich… why the alfalfa from this valley is world-renowned… and why it’s shipped across the globe.
The mineral content in our Alfalfa Juice Powder is truly next-level.
There’s no doubt in my mind that the alfalfa grown in this valley — and turned into our Alfalfa
Juice Powder by Liquadry — is among the most nourishing foods on the planet. With roots that can reach 30–100 feet deep, this alfalfa pulls from layers of ancient, mineral-rich earth that exists in only two places on the planet: here and Italy. But as you’ll see in the video below, the Italian location isn’t used for agriculture in the same way, making this valley truly one-of-a-kind for growing alfalfa.
We’ve actually
got it on special this month along with our Five Greens Juice Powder. And it’s not just the alfalfa — all of Liquadry’s grass juice powders (wheatgrass, barley grass, oat grass, and kamut grass) are grown right here in this same extraordinary mineral haven.
You can watch the alfalfa video right now. When you see me talking about how it literally felt like I was walking on pure, absorbable minerals with every step,
everything I’m sharing here will really click. And when the full-length tour with Stuart comes out, you’ll see the whole story of this rare region come to life.

On top of all this, Liquadry is the only juice
powder company in the world with the technology to create truly raw vegetable juice powders. And you’ll actually get to see it. I’m currently editing some amazing footage of us harvesting the barley grass straight from the fields, taking it to their massive juicing facility, where we get to watch the fresh barley grass being juiced before it heads into their proprietary, low-temperature drying system — designed to preserve its living nutrients.
Their
farms are fully certified organic — no chemicals, no commercial fertilizers, just all-natural ingredients. They also practice crop rotation to naturally build and enrich their soil, making their approach some of the most sustainable farming practices you’ll find anywhere.
In fact, in the video above, Stuart explains how they give the leftover organic pulp from juicing to other organic farmers to feed their animals. In return, they receive
nutrient-rich organic manure from those animals, which is then used to enrich their own fields — a perfect, sustainable cycle.
Keep in mind, they harvest everything when its nutrients are at their absolute peak. In spring and early fall, the organic grasses burst to life, becoming virtual photosynthesis factories. They harvest these grasses just before the critical seed-producing jointing stage, when the
tender shoots are at their highest nutritional potency, with maximum enzymatic activity and chlorophyll content. The freshly cut young grasses are immediately cooled and juiced at 35°F, protecting and preserving all the enzymes, chlorophyll, and other valuable constituents.
Within hours of harvest, everything is cold-pressed juiced, making the nutrients exceptionally easy to digest and absorb. Their BioActive Dehydration
process then dries the juice into powder at temperatures below 104°F, in under 2 minutes. This method causes virtually no thermal degradation, ensuring the raw organic juice powders retain their full nutritional potency for years. It’s also why the colors of these powders are so vibrant — they practically burn with life-force when placed directly in your mouth.
Here is another excerpt from Dr.
Norman Walker's book about alfalfa:
"One of the richest chlorophyll foods we have is alfalfa. It is a food that builds up both animals and humans, all things considered, into a healthy, vital, and vigorous old age, and develops a resistance to infection that is almost phenomenal.
Alfalfa is best taken with carrot juice, a combination in which the individual benefits of each juice are intensified.
It has been found very helpful in most troubles with the arteries and dysfunctions connected with the heart.
Beyond its benefits for blood and heart health, chlorophyll is also extremely useful in relieving respiratory troubles and discomforts, particularly in the sinuses and lungs.
To carrot and alfalfa juice, lettuce and green pepper juices may be added to enrich the combination with elements particularly needed by
the roots of the hair. Drinking this combination daily — one pint a day — may remarkably support hair growth and even help restore it to its natural color."
If you look in his Vegetable Juice book, Dr. Walker provides juice combination remedies for all kinds of ailments. He specifically points to Alfalfa Juice as a remedy for hair growth.
This Alfalfa Juice Powder is truly the best chlorophyll
food available, because it’s processed in a way that preserves all of its chlorophyll. Liquadry prides itself on keeping the chlorophyll intact throughout their entire process.
Stuart at Liquadry often explains that the chlorophyll resides in tiny structures called chloroplasts. If the processing isn’t extremely gentle — like with their BioActive Dehydration process — the chlorophyll will coagulate at
107°F, much like cottage cheese, separating out of the liquid. At just 110°F, coagulation happens almost instantly, leaving the liquid yellow and depleted of chlorophyll. Stuart even showed me videos of this fascinating coagulation process, highlighting why their method is so crucial to preserving the full potency of the juice.
Also, this chlorophyll is contained in a truly raw juice powder in an extremely bioavailable form. Again, it’s arguably the best source of chlorophyll available to man.
When we visited the alfalfa fields in the video above, it was heading into winter, when the alfalfa begins to go dormant. Below is an image of the actual alfalfa during
harvest time, which is juiced while still fairly young. Here is an image of the actual Alfalfa, which they say is juiced fairly young.
In his Diet and Salad book, Walker states that nearly all of the vitamins are found in alfalfa. He writes, "Nearly all the necessary vitamins are found in lettuce and this vegetable rates third highest in value, carrot being first, alfalfa second." He goes on to say, "Of specific value, I would point out the rich quality, quantity and proper balance of Calcium,
Magnesium, Phosphorus, Chlorine, Sodium, Potassium and Silicon in Alfalfa. These elements are all very much needed for the proper function of the various organs in the body."
To summarize, Dr. Walker emphasizes in different sections that alfalfa is the top plant in the world for containing the most chlorophyll, the most vitamins (2nd to carrots), and the most trace elements of all vegetation. That’s
essentially all of the most critical nutrients needed by the body. When you taste our Alfalfa Juice Powder, you’ll immediately recognize that it’s the most powerful chlorophyll food available to man — and it’s in a truly raw, bioavailable juice form. I absolutely love the alfalfa-carrot juice combination that Dr. Walker mentions above.
Moving along, I know many of you are going to be excited about
our Five Greens Juice Powder.
The ingredients in this Raw Organic Five Greens Juice Powder are exactly as follows:
20% Alfalfa Juice Powder 20% Barley Grass Juice Powder 20% Wheatgrass Juice Powder 20% Kamut Grass Juice Powder 20% Oat Grass Juice Powder
With just one spoonful, you get all five of our green grass juice powders in equal amounts.
It’s great to get a
wide variety of all these different grasses, because each one has a distinct and potent nutritional profile, including flavonoids, polyphenols, and other valuable elements that we may not even fully understand. For example, Oat Grass Juice contains more calcium and magnesium than both Kamut and wheatgrass juice, though Alfalfa Juice Powder contains the most. Oat Grass Juice Powder also has
more potassium than the other grasses, and so on. Each grass excels and exceeds in different areas of its nutritional profile, providing unique health benefits thanks to the variety of elements they contribute.
Every single one of these grass juices is grown with roots going deep into that volcanic, mineral-rich soil in Utah for many months on end. This makes them the most
mineral-rich and potent living grass juices available to mankind.
We have both the Alfalfa Juice Powder and the Five Greens Juice Powder available at-cost for only $14.95 each when you get a 3-pack.
