The main point of this eBook is that it makes improving your diet effortless.
I’ve pretty much created the most abundant Whole Foods Diet ever seen before.
Everyone seems to get good results on all of the different FAD diet’s out there today, including the Macrobiotics Diet, Paleo Diet, Keto Diet, Carnivore diet, and the Blue Zone Diet.
Why is this?
There is
one common denominator on why all of these FAD diets get results.
Each one of these FADS eliminates certain foods from their diet.
The crazy part of it all, is that every single one of these FAD Diets eliminate the exact same foods, which are Processed Foods.
They do all eliminate the same exact foods, however, all of these diets unnecessarily restrict you. They eliminate foods that are healthy and not damaging to the body.
For example, the Keto diet tells you to eliminate fruit, and the Carnivore diet tells you to eliminate beans, quinoa, and potatoes.
On the flip side of the spectrum, the Blue Zone Diet is essentially based on observing and emulating the eating patterns of people living in the world’s “Blue Zones,” which are areas with unusually high concentrations of centenarians (people living to 100+), such as ‘Okinawa, Japan’, ‘Ikaria, Greece,’ ‘Sardinia, Italy’, ‘Nicoya Peninsula’,
Costa Rica’, and ‘Loma Linda, California’ (Sevent-Day Adventist Community).
The Blue Zone Diet is pretty much the exact opposite of the Keto and Carnivore diets. The Blue Zone Diet is mostly plant-based with the mainstay of that diet being beans, lentils, whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts with very low meat intake.
Although the Blue Zone Diet is completely opposite of the Carnivore and Keto diets, the Blue Zone Diet also gets incredible results just like the
Keto and Carnivore diets.
Again, every single one of these diets all have one common denominator in why they all succeed. They all have different unnecessary restrictions, but in the end they all utilize that common denominator and eliminate processed foods.
Therefore, in my new eBook, I created a diet to where you can eat all of the Whole Foods from all of these diets with zero unnecessary restrictions. For
example, you can eat fruit, beans, and potatoes from the Blue Zone Diet, and you can also eat meat and eggs from the Keto and Carnivore Diets.
You get to pretty much eat all of the foods available from all of the Whole Food Diets in existence, including the Paleo Diet, Macrobiotics Diet, South Beach Diet, Blue Zone Diet, Keto Diet, Carnivore Diet, and every other Whole Foods Diet across the board. We are simply eliminating all of the damaging processed foods like all these diets do, but
without the unnecessary restrictions.
So basically, this dietary approach eliminates the least amounts of food humanly possible in order to be healthy in the long-run.
Why do we do this?
While many of us have been on an incredible diet for many years on end, many others of us have tried different FAD diets over and over again and simply fail. The failure rate on these FAD diets are much higher than you think.
There is
a reason why people fail, and we go into great detail about it in my eBook.
Mainly, it has to do with all of these unnecessary restrictions.
The more foods you restrict yourself of, the more detoxification you go through. Detoxification is just another fancy word for going through withdrawals.
For example, when a person has been drinking coffee for 30 years and just quits cold turkey, they go through crazy coffee withdrawals. They get
the coffee breath, headache and shakes. They are going through withdrawals AKA Detoxification of that coffee.
Now imagine eliminating coffee, cigarettes, and alcohol all at the same time. You would be going through withdrawals (detox) of three different substances all at the same time. It would be way more difficult to eliminate all 3 versus just the coffee.
It's the same thing with food. The more foods you restrict, the more withdrawals you go
through.
An extreme example is a crack addict. If they are forced to stop their crack, it’s a painful sight to watch. They kick, scream, cry and bang the walls in pain as they beg for their fix. It’s the same with anything that you eliminate from your intake, but not as extreme.
This is why so many people unknowingly fail on these FAD diets. They end up going through crazy withdrawals like a crack addict, and have no choice but to get their
processed foods fix in order to stop the crazy withdrawals.
Therefore, we restrict the least amount of foods possible, but still eliminate all the garbage.
