Hey Everyone!
Penelope wrote in because she
was concerned that I didn’t specifically mention our Kale Juice Powder in my recent osteoporosis health update.
Here’s what she wrote:
“I’m also working on building my bone density. I ordered your raw kale juice powder because your write-up said it was excellent for bone health.
But you didn’t mention taking kale juice powder to heal your osteoporosis, so I’m confused. Is kale juice powder not one of the best things
for building bone density?”
— Penelope
I want to be very clear: I absolutely believe our Kale Juice Powder is one of the best foods for supporting bone density.
Toward the end of my health update, I mentioned that “I’ll also take different juice powders directly into my mouth with my vegetable juice, sipping in between.” That includes kale.
On most days, I take 1–3 heaping teaspoons of our Kale Juice Powder. On average, that
comes out to about one tablespoon per day, which provides about 25% of the DV for calcium, 25% of the DV for magnesium, and 1,000%+ of the DV for vitamin K.
And it’s important to remember that this isn’t synthetic or isolated — it’s a raw, living, highly bioavailable food source of these bone-supportive nutrients.
In my recent health update, I mentioned that I’ve just started taking Calcium L-Threonate again for its bone-signaling
properties. I’m always going back and forth on this one because, in the raw foods and health community, we’re conditioned to avoid calcium supplements — they’re often theorized to contribute to calcification.
Now, while forms like calcium carbonate may theoretically pose that risk, I feel Calcium L-Threonate is a completely different ball game. That said, ever since I shared my health update, I’ve gotten a major earful from people warning me about calcium
supplements — lol. This is exactly what I mean by being conditioned to avoid them; it can be literally maddening.
What’s really remarkable about our Kale Juice Powder is that clinical studies show it produces these same bone-signaling effects — helping to reduce bone resorption and support bone mineralization. Combined with its naturally high calcium, magnesium, and vitamin K content, this makes it one of the most powerful plant-based foods for bone
health.
With our Kale Juice Powder and the other specials below extended through February, I wanted to take a closer look at the clinical research showing why this juice powder is such an exceptional living food for building bone density.

Not only does kale have more calcium than any
other vegetable, but it also has more vitamin K compared to any other food in existence, and is in the top 10 foods for containing Magnesium. In fact, at the study here, it says that kale offers 2-3 times more calcium than milk!
We need calcium to build
strong bones, magnesium to support bone formation and density, and vitamin K to enhance bone mineralization by activating proteins like osteocalcin.
Now you can see why I take this juice powder every single day!
Not only is it loaded with Calcium, Magnesium, and Vitamin K, but it is also alive with zero fiber in its most bio-available absorbable form to where it will be
fully utilized by our bones.
When you take Calcium Supplements, they generally tell you to get a portion of your calcium from your food. This is the perfect food option.
In fact, at the clinical study here, they concluded that kale, a low-oxalate vegetable, exhibits
excellent absorbability for its calcium.
Now that we’ve touched on the bone-signaling benefits of Kale Juice Powder, let’s dive a little deeper. Not only does it provide incredibly high amounts of the top nutrients for building strong bones — in a truly raw, living, and bioavailable form — but it’s also packed with other natural bone-enhancing bioactive compounds. These compounds:
-Stimulate osteoblast activity
-Inhibit
bone-destroying osteoclasts
-Support collagen production
-Guide stem cells toward bone formation rather than fat storage
It’s almost like this food was designed by God specifically for our bones.
Let’s take a closer look at these powerful bioactive compounds and how they support bone health.
Kale contains more kaempferol compared to any other food known to science. This powerful flavonoid promotes bone formation by
enhancing osteoblast activity and inhibiting osteoclastogenesis (the creation of cells that break down bone), as shown at the clinical study here. On top of that, Kaempferol also stimulates collagen synthesis, strengthening the bone matrix and supporting overall bone integrity.
Kale also ranks among the top five
foods highest in quercetin, another flavonoid that supports bone health by reducing the formation of bone-breaking cells (osteoclastogenesis) and boosting the growth of bone-building cells (osteoblast proliferation), as demonstrated in the study here.
Kale and broccoli are both Brassica family members.
Therefore they share nutrient similarities but also excel uniquely. Broccoli for example, is the absolute top in the world for sulforaphane and indole-3-carbinol (I3C). Kale is the top food in the world for the most lutein, vitamin K, kaempferol, and is also the highest vegetable for calcium. Both Kale and Broccoli rank high in magnesium and vitamin
C, which supports bone health. Even though broccoli contains 2-5 times more sulforaphane and indole-3-carbinol (I3C) than Kale, Kale still has a substantial amount of both of these bio-active compounds. Broccoli just has an unheard of absurd amount of them. Kale is ranked #3 under Brussel sprouts for both I3C and Sulforaphane.
As discussed in my Broccoli Juice Powder Newsletter, Indole-3-carbinol (I3C)
supports hormone balance by converting into diindolylmethane (DIM), which helps shift estrogen metabolism toward the production of 2-hydroxyestrone—a milder, protective form of estrogen—and away from the more potent and potentially harmful 16α-hydroxyestrone. This shift plays a key role in maintaining healthy bone density, especially in women. Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) also supports bone health by enhancing osteoblast activity
(bone-forming cells) and increasing bone density, as shown here.
Sulforaphane aids bone health by reducing osteoclast activity and inflammation, preventing bone breakdown, as demonstrated in the study here.
What's absolutely madness, at the study here, Sulforaphane helps direct stem cells toward becoming bone-forming cells rather than fat cells. This is absolutely ludicrous, since age-related bone loss is often linked to stem cells shifting toward fat production instead of
maintaining bone.
Kale is also ranked among the top 10 foods highest in vitamin C and was shown in this study here to contain twice as much vitamin C as an orange. Vitamin C plays a crucial role in bone formation by stimulating collagen synthesis, a key structural component of bone, and may help reduce
oxidative stress that can impair bone cell function.
I'm telling you, God created this natural solution to help fix our bones, and he took it to the very next level by creating a 45:1 concentration raw living juice powder out of it.
What makes kale so extraordinary for bone health isn’t just one nutrient—it’s the powerful synergy of its entire nutrient matrix. In addition to offering a 45:1
concentration of calcium, magnesium, and vitamin K in juice powder form, kale is also packed with bone-enhancing compounds like kaempferol, quercetin, sulforaphane, indole-3-carbinol (I3C), and vitamin C. These compounds work in harmony to stimulate osteoblast activity, inhibit bone-destroying osteoclasts, support collagen production, and even guide stem cells toward bone formation rather than fat storage. When combined with kale’s naturally low oxalate
levels and superior calcium absorbability (study here), this creates a bone-supportive powerhouse that goes far beyond what traditional calcium supplements can offer.
On top of all that, all of these bioactive compounds pack powerful antioxidant activity and help protect bone tissue
by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress—two major drivers of bone loss as we age.
There is something to say about it being a truly raw living bio-available juice powder. Remember, this juice powder comes from the only company on the planet who has the technology to make truly raw juice powders. I can't even put it into words how big time this is. They have lab tests showing that all of their flavonoids, polyphenols,
chlorophyll, and other bio-active compounds are in tact at full potency, while showing other vegetable powders have very little to none. It's also a straight out vegetable juice void of fiber to where it absorbs instantly where the nourishment is fully utilized by your body. All of that with a 45:1 concentration isn't normal or standard. This goes way beyond anything you can eat, drink, or take.
Since we’re talking about
kale, I wanted to briefly mention something else amazing — even though it’s not directly related to bone health. Kale has more lutein than any other food in existence. At a 45:1 concentration, this makes our raw, living Kale Juice Powder the best natural lutein supplement in the galaxy for supporting eye health.
At the study here, Kale was cited as
a primary dietary source of lutein, with regular consumption linked to reduced risk of cataracts and AMD. The review noted that kale’s lutein (10–20 mg per 100g serving) aligns with doses shown to enhance visual acuity and protect against oxidative damage in the retina.
At the study here, Kale’s lutein was shown to be highly bioaccessible contributing to retinal protection and potential to lower AMD risk due to its concentrated carotenoids, especially when consumed regularly. At the study here, Kale’s lutein content was highlighted as a key factor in increasing macular pigment optical density
(MPOD), which protects the retina from blue light and reduces risk of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). The study noted kale’s potential to improve visual performance (e.g., contrast sensitivity) based on its carotenoid profile.
It’s unreal—this one raw living food supports both strong bones and sharp vision like nothing else I’ve ever seen. Kale’s bone-building nutrients and eye-protective compounds come together
in this juice powder to offer two of the most important forms of support we need as we age.
From all of the health chaos that I went through, my bones and vision unfortunately got messed up, and this kale juice powder is the perfect God-given remedy for both.
